"I have ordered sofa/love seat/recliner/ottoman furniture from Coleman in January of 2019~ I spoke with Maxine, who was wonderful! I got my set about 6 weeks later. The delivery was White Glove and perfect. The delivery people were very nice and put everything together and removed all packaging!

We needed to order more furniture for my sister's/my home in Florida and we called Maxine again from Coleman. She made sure that we got all of the appropriate discounts for the Magnolia Manor living room entertainment center/coffee table/end table. I also ordered a full bedroom (no mattress) set about 2 days later and she was still able to combine the 2 orders to get me another discount by combining the orders! YAY! The furniture was delivered approximately 2 months later. The bedroom set was available earlier, but we wanted 1 delivery. There was a minor problem with a mark on the coffee table and some of the drawers on the bedroom did not close. Customer service from Coleman offered to send out a local technician from a furniture repair company, not to exceed a reasonable amount. He fixed the problem and we are very happy with this company. My sister paid for the local technician and Coleman is refunding the cost. I was pleased in both deliveries as the furniture was really not defective or damaged. I had a great experience with Coleman. "

"Ordering, paying, confirming and taking delivery were all flawless. We got what we expected to get, albeit, it's a touch smaller than expected, but, not by much. The wood is solid all the way around - no manufactured board. You can sit on this thing without worrying about damage. There is a little bit of misalignment between members, so, tightening fasteners needs to be done with care. The finish and color are great. Overall: Top Shelf."
