Don't buy online from Coleman Furniture"

"There were so many problems from the time that I ordered the king size bed. The bed was sent back four times for scratches and gouges in the footboard and sideboard. Each time it took a month each time for the new piece to arrive. Altogether it was five months to get the bed delivered without marks. They gave me $25.00 for the aggravation that they caused. Then after about 6 months, the legs that were supposed to hold up the paper thin slats fell apart. I took the mattresses off and found the slats were bowed. They said the warranty had expired. I went out to home deput and bought 5 new slats that were thicker and wider. No bowing now. Didn't need legs to hold up the slats. Now the bed feels great. The bed looked nice, but very poorly made.

"Delivery and installation was very good, however I did not notice before they left that the upper middle drawer rubs when being pulled out, otherwise the furniture is exquisite.

Customer service was outstanding, especially on price matching and quoting.

Easy to work with!

"I had placed an order with them and they contacted me(within in a few days) to let me know that it was going on back order and would be another month. Which was a good thing. The foundation for the mattress I ordered had been discounted. So I asked if they could swap the bed for a different one but it was easier to cancel the whole order- which I did. They canceled the order with out any problem. The following week I place an order for queen bed instead of the king and added the 5-drawer set to the rest of the furniture I wanted. I thought it would take about a month for the bedroom set to get here but I think it was here in about 2 weeks. When canceling the order they were very pleasant about it. I did all of my ordering on the web site. They called me when my furniture was in Vegas & Vegas called me the next day to set up delivery. The set my room up for me! It was so easy to order online (I was nervous about that- buying without seeing) But everything worked out great. The delivery people were great too! Thank you! I would purchase from them again! I am happy!! "

Good Prices and quality service

"Ordered a complete living room of furniture through Coleman. The ordering process online was seamless unlike some other furniture web site. Advertised discounts were easy to uncover and apply. Coleman had the order delivered to the installation company within two weeks but due to scheduling to our remote location we didn’t get it until around 4 weeks. But still within the the time they advertised. Free set up and packaging taken away all done by careful installers. No damage. Go figure! I highly recommend this company for your furniture needs. "

"I was a little frustrated as I waited a little over 7 weeks for my furniture (5 piece Queen Bedroom Set). There was some miscommunication between Coleman and the third party delivery company so it took an extra week and a half for delivery. Although, I was skeptical about purchasing online and through a company that was so far from home, my overall experience wasn't awful. There was a minor issue with some of the pieces but a resolution was made, and I am ultimately content with my furniture purchase and the service from Coleman. "

Great experience

"Great experience. I appreciate that this company double checks to make sure the furniture is packed correctly to prevent damage. The furniture arrived a few days earlier than we thought, and was very well packed. My card wasn't charged until the item was shipped. And free shipping! I would definitely recommend this company."

STAY AWAY! Do NOT PURCHASE!! >>>WORST COMPANY and CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

"STAY AWAY and DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Coleman Furniture is the absolute worst company with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Their Customer Service reps are rude, not helpful, and seriously try to put the fact that furniture they delivered with a defect is the consumer's fault, and therefore, the consumer's issue to have to deal with. I ordered several pieces of furniture for my office. The desk was scratched and the expensive chair DOES NOT GO UP or DOWN. It does not work, and William, the head of Customer Service, says that it is my fault. I brought up the fact that the chair would not go up and down when it was delivered, and I was told that "it works, but we just don't know how to work it" from the delivery folks (who were very nice). So, I trusted that to be true, since Coleman Furniture claims to check each piece of furniture before it is delivered. Now, they will not take responsibility and says that it is my issue. The chair was really expensive, and unless they lower my new desk to be 1 ft off the floor, I cannot use my chair at all with my desk (which is also scratched). Thank you Coleman Furniture for earning the worst customer experience award ever.

Do not order from this company!

"I would not suggest ever ordering from this company. I purchased a table over a month ago from them - which I have already been charged for. They choose a delivery company that was multiple hours from my house - even though Orlando is less than 45 minutes away, there are 20+ delivery companies locally. My table arrived there on the 21st of February when an email was sent to me saying I would be contacted in a few days with a delivery date. That never happened, I called they said they had to inspect it. I reach out a WEEK later to Coleman Furniture (via email) to let them know my table has been sitting for weeks with no delivery date set. They state that they reached out to them (no other information) and that I should do the same with the phone number attached - wow, very helpful! So I reach out once again, only to be told that they do not deliver to this area often and it will be 2 more weeks until they can deliver. Horrible experience. More than will double the estimated time of delivery. Can not express how unhelpful both Coleman Furniture and G&G Delivery (out of Tampa, FL) have been. "

OVER 6-week delivery time. No Status Updates

"The price was very good. The delivery time is/was extremely slow. No updates from Coleman while I sit and wait 5-6 weeks only to find out my item has arrived at the shippers address "to be shipped". After 5 weeks, I still do not have a valid tracking number. This item was listed as "in stock" when I placed the order. Their website claims to have almost all items delivered to your door "within 1 to 4 weeks".

Coleman charged my credit card almost immediately at the time of the order for the full amount. While it might be legal.....it is NOT a very good business process. I am unlikely to repeat any business with this merchant.
