"I ordered my end tables on a Sunday evening from Coleman's online and receive them on Wednesday. It was going to take a local Furniture Store 6 weeks to get me the same items. I was so excited to get the tables in such a short time, but the original reason I went to Coleman's is because they had the best price after doing all my research online and in stores. My items were small enough that I did not need to use their setup and assembly services but what an awesome feature for an online retailer to offer. "I ordered a bed from another seller and received an email noting the delivery date was three months beyond the estimated timeframe when I ordered the item. Coleman furniture indicated on its website the bed was in stock. I called customer service before I ordered the bed from Coleman and verified they had 4 of the beds in stock in their California - my state - warehouse, so delivery should be prompt. I ordered the item online, received a verification email, received another email suggesting I purchase the in home warranty on the bed frame, declined in a responding email, received a confirmation email stating the order was awaiting confirmation. Nothing further was requested from me. Two days later I received a message that I needed to contact them to confirm my order. I returned the call and left a message stating I was confirming my order per their request. I called again the next day saying I never received a call back and my order was still waiting confirmation on their website. The woman asked if I was certain I wanted a CA King bed and I said yes. Also, while I'm at it, is this bed in fact in stock. She said they were ordering the item from the manufacturer. Wait a minute, this item is supposed to be in stock, I said. She said the order people would need to contact the manufacturer and I would hear back early next week - order folks were already gone for the weekend . Wednesday, today, I called again - although website states they are open until 8:00 PM EST they are closed per the message. I re check my order online and the status is now "Canceled." I would say that is horrible customer service."

In order to lower our overhead and pass the savings on to our customers, we order all our items brand new from the manufacturer, and do not stock items ourselves. Unfortunately, the four beds that were initially in stock when you called were no longer available when we placed the order with the manufacturer, leaving us with no other option than to cancel the order.
