"I purchased a lighted bear lamp that arrived broken. I notified the customer a few times and nothing. This was to be a Christmas gift and I wanted it replaced before Christmas - Item # 47878 Order # 84804049.
I also ordered a snowflake wrap with zipper, Item #48753 3 times!! I ordered the first one online and Ooops was told Ooops, something went wrong, then called to order but I could NOT get the online discount so I told her to forget that order, finally, the third time it took my online order. When I realized I had ordered 3 I called customer service and they told me I had to wait 24 hours, I called back 24 hrs, later and was told they all had already shipped!! Now I have to send 2 back and hope I am only charged the online price.
Unless you do something with your, CUSTOMER SERVICE and send me another bear lamp and fix my triple order . . .
