DO NOT PURCHASE from Compsource, unless you want to take a $700 loss. The only person you can talk to is a salesperson and they act ignorant and will not help you get to other departments. The RMA, Customer Service departments are non-existant. Stay Clear of Compsource."

"I placed an order for a camera that was listed as being in stock (6 of them) on a Monday. Tuesday I got an email saying that my order had been processed and that I would receive another email when my order ships (the website said the orders usually ship the same day). On Thursday, 3 days after I ordered, I sent an email to find out if my order had shipped. I got a response rather quickly that they did not have it in stock (they never bothered to contact me to let me nkow this), and that I could wait for them to get it in stock, or I could cancel the order. I chose to cancel the order so I could make a purchase from somewhere that actually had it in stock. I have not heard anything back about my order being cancelled other than a quick reply that they will 'send in the request for cancellation'. Here is where I am really annoyed - my credit card has been charged since the day I placed the order, and I still have to pending refund on it. Everywhere else I have done e-commerce with does not charge you for backordered items - they wait until they have it in stock (in other words, they don't sell you something they don't have. I bought from this company because of good reviews on this site, but I doubt I will every make another purchase from them in the future. Poor communication, and poor form."
