"Was very impressed that item shipped the SAME day as purchase. Item came in a timely manner and was in good condition. We ordered a Sony Sound Bar home theater system and there was some moisture inside the box but since the components were wrapped and well packaged, they weren't affected (might have been due to FedEx). Very pleased with the price and product- would definitely order from CompSource in the future if the need arises."

"I still do not get my product yet. Usual shipping looks fast enough, but I cannot stand for this ordering. Web program has some problem when I made ordering and assigned lens for different company`s mount. Quick response from office is appreciated, but it would be really helpful to send customer tracking number all the time. If there are ordering mistake, I hope you track and support product in your responsibility. Even just for shipping back (without opening box), I am quite frustrated and missed days for photoshooting."

"I ordered a sony soundbar theatre system a week ago. The money was taken out of my account almost immediately. I still have not recieved a email confirming it has been shipped. I tryed to get a tracking # by phone and the one person I was able to speak with transfered me where I was left on hold for over 15 minutes. I am not pleased with the service and if I do not get a tracking # very soon the order will be cancelled. Needless to say this was the first and last time I use CompSource."

"CompSource really surprised me with having such a low price on the monitor I bought. Having never heard of them, I was a little weary about the purchase. I decided to go with the free shipping since I was on a tight budget and CompSource didn't disappoint! Not only did they keep me well updated by sending me my receipt, confirmation, and tracking # via email, but the package was ordered on Friday and delivered on Monday! Fast & free shipping is always a win for me. Thanks CompSource, I will shop there again!"

"I found CompSource through Google. First they had the product we wanted and in sufficient. Second they priced the product significantly lower than our regular vendor. Third, our assigned account executive, Jeff Chabek, was very helpful. He was responsive, articulate and proactive.
When there was a hitch with the order (our fault :-)) he quickly informed us and worked with us until it as resolved.
CompSource delivered the correct merchandise in perfect condition and right on time.
We shall return!

"First time buyer from CompSource. Purchased a Sony home theater sound bar and various cables. The price was by far the best on the web, so for obvious reasons, I was a bit skeptical as to whether they were reputable and/or what condition the merch would be in. But read merchant reviews and felt confident pulling the trigger. I also purchased a 35 dollar 3 yr warranty from SquareTrade just to be on the safe side (the combined price was still way lower than other etailers) Items all arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Communication from CompSource (shipping info/order status) was timely and accurate. Didn't need to contact them for customer support so can't speak for that, but they did make it very clear on how to get in touch if anything went awry.

Overall, a great experience - will definitely purchase from CompSource again! The prices just don't get any better, and from my limited experience they seem to understand the value of good customer service.

"My order for three PoE switches was processed quickly and accurately. The checkout went flawlessly and two of the switches were in stock and were received within three days without expedited shipping. We are still waiting on the third switch (out-of-stock at the time of order) but expect it to arrive any day now. Good shopping experience and will likely be back in the future."

"Good:
- Excellent price on what I ordered.
- Once the item shipped, it was received promptly and in good condition.
- There were many status updates on my order.
Could improve:
- The monitor I ordered using the Amazon payment method almost immediately said the monitor shipped (on a weekend), but I got the real shipment email a few days later. Perhaps this is the way the system works, but it seems like a different status could be used other than "shipped" to make the Amazon payment system work.
- Although I used the (now discontinued) Bing cashback search before buying the monitor, cashback never showed up. Since this was near the end of the cashback program, maybe that was the reason why it didn't work. Nonetheless, the price was already far better than any competitors.

"I'm fairly satisfied with the company; overall I give them 8/10 stars for my order.

They had the lowest price out of all of the stores for the item I was looking for, and it had free shipping! I ordered late night on August 3, received a shipment notification on August 4th, and the item was expected to arrive on the 6th.

The only problem was they shipped it via Fedex, which in my opinion is the worst delivery company ever. They couldn't find my address; c'mon Fedex, you're a delivery company and you can't find my address? Instead, I received it on the following Monday, August 9th.

Wanting to find out the shipping method used by compsource to see if I can complain to Fedex over delivery time (if I was given the time frame), I called compsource a couple times during different times in the day. Both times no one answered, so I left a message on their voice mail. No one called me back. Instead, they e-mailed me the tracking information via e-mail within 24 hours, which I could have found out myself using the Fedex website. I wanted to know the exact shipping method, and instead they gave me the tracking number. They tried I guess.

Overall, item came as described and works perfectly, but their customer service has some room for improvement. They did have the cheapest price and free shipping, so overall I give them 8/10 stars.
