You might save a few bucks buying from here but seriously, it's not worth the stress. I saw the bad reviews and stupidly went forward because, according to them, my item was "in stock, same day shipping". What could go wrong...right?
They sent me an email within several hours of the purchase saying it shipped. GREAT! Oh, but wait, a week after my purchase I get another email that was an order confirmation. REally? I sent an email and voice mail to my "rep" they assigned to handle all of my concerns. The site said I should expect a reply within 2 hours! Thank goodness I didn't hold my breath on that one! My "rep" has not replied and it's been 4 days. I did get another email from them saying in was a copy of my invoice and telling me that I ordered it a week AFTER I really did and have bank records, receipts and email to prove. Bottom line is my stuff is sitting a FEDEX truck somewhere because though they said it would be shipped same day, I would have been OK with 2 days but, they shipped it a week later then they told me they would AND a week after I received notice that it had shipped. It's pretty funny how the shipping was delayed but they managed to charge me for it right away. If I would have paid a couple bucks more, I'd have my item and been happy as a clam as I always am with Amazon. Never again...ever."

"They sell your e-mail address to spammers when you buy. There is an opt-out in their account management, but it obviously does not stop all the spam from where they have already sold your e-mail address. It also doesn't appear to stop e-mail from them with more "offers".

"I placed the order On Tuesday received that order shipped but no tracking number provided. Emailed them and within 20 min of my email I had all the information needed with tracking number and that the order will be shipped the following day. This is my first order placed with them and I have to say I was very happy with the service I received from the placing of the order till receiving my item.
