Well, I'll try to keep this short. CompUSA service was fantastic. My order was held up by my bank but your rep. was there on the phone thru the process. NICE! My bank wanted to make sure the online billing was legit. I asked your rep. to make sure that UPS delivered to my back door. UPS didn't, but your rep made the request. Shows you who's on the ball! My order was deliverd as promised in 3 days(wow!)after the billing was sorted out. I have an item on back order right now in that order and was notified quickly. I have the option to order another model if I can't wait. A very nice option. This gives me time to think about an upgrade...lol.

"Got computer and monitor in short order. Computer fired right up, OS configured exactly the way it was sold. Monitor is great. Good visibility, bright, good view from oblique angles. Was able to load personal software with no issues, came up and ran like it should. Over all, seems to be a solid machine, and quite fast for a Celeron. Seems to be a good business grade PC."
"The product was adequate and exactly what I expected. However, there was absolutely no information on what accessories shipped in the box, i.e. a charger for the bluetooth headset, without which it would be useless. When I contacted CompUSA about this oversight on their website and inquired about inclusions they surprised me with "we do not have that information"! I attempted to ask how they could possibly put an item for sale on their website and not even know what was in the box and was rejected with "you did not include enough of the prior message history for me to reply", twice. Sure $25 was worth rolling the dice for me but I don't think the profit they made on selling the item was worth the loss of credibility. This is totally not what I have come to expect from Tiger Direct and from here on out I will once again start comparison shopping for my electronics rather than assuming Tiger Direct/CompUSA is the best choice."

"Like someone indicated in his review below, if the order is small, this store is OK.
But I am never going to buy any products from this store.
Needed a laptop quick for business and this site was the only site with the model I needed, so i ordered it for next day shipment.
I later found out the order was on hold for verification which is understandable but not happy about it.
I called the next day, they asked me for phone number and told me I need to speak with my credit card company because the information I provided was wrong.
I called the credit card company and confirmed that the information I gave was what my credit card company has.
I called them again, another verification process, still telling me the information is not correct. I exploded, then they started to ask another series of questions like your previous address (which is hard me because of several moves).
Finally order was shipped, but I wasted 1 hour and did not receive the order on the day I needed to.
I received the shipment fine, next day after it's been shipped.
If you can wait and OK with verification, this store is OK for you.
But if you need something urgently, I recommend another place where there is no verification process or be prepare for the verification so you don't waste 1 day like I did.

"Well Where to begin. First off I have been a huge fan of Tigerdirect for about 6 years. Seeing as Compusa is the same as Tigerdirect I will refer to it as Tigerdirect. I had bought a Aerocool Vx-r Gaming case THAT was illistrated with 3 or more Led fans.
Before I bought it I kinda figured it wouldn't include all the led fans and accessories. But usually when you buy a case it usually include a bare minimum of 2 case fans for positive and negative airflow. The push and pull if you will. I had called customer service the day I received it and said they will ship out the fans. Two weeks later nothing. I actually never even got a tracking number or anything. So I figured that was a dud. Let me call again. No Luck said we do not have that on our records. So I went in store to complain and they said theres nothing they can do. Well After a few more tries they finally sent me a fan. Which made up to 2 case fans. Made me happy cause my cpu had went from 60'c to 45'c. It makes a huge temperature difference beleive it or not.
I was just about to throw in the towel with Tigerdirect. I was so agravated at the weeks of trying to get these replacement fans, but they finally came through. It was like Pulling Teeth but In the end they not only have acheived what I asked of them they went above and beyond by sending me THREE more masscool Led fans. I cannot thank tigerdirect enough for helping me through this tough case. I have a $2000 dollar computer in mind in the near future and I will By from Tigerdirect. Even if its alittle more then lets say Newegg, Ebay or amazon. Because they really went the distance with sending me more fans then I asked. Although I find that Tigerdirect is usually cheaper then anywhere else on the web.
ANYWAYS! Tigerdirect 3 thumbs up if I had an extra finger. You have done good and rest assured I will definatlly be doing some more shopping here.
Edit: Oh Yeah I want to give a shoutout to the guy that finally came throught with these fans. Dont know what he went through to pull it off but im sure it wasnt the easiest thing. Anywho
