"I put off ordering ink too long. When my (Brother) printer wouldn't print because I was now out of yellow, I got online and found CompandSave. I found an excellent package for my older model printer with a "can't beat it" price. First with magenta leaking from factory package, then the replaced magenta leaving random color dots and streaks, then black stopped functioning and prints only in gray. Sure customer service is great but I want functional products so I won't have disruption for my work and my kids' classwork. Bought another set from other vendor and they all worked great. Compandsave needs to verify their supplier source as good customer service is not equivalent to customer satisfaction."
