"This was quite simply the worst shopping experience I have ever had on the internet, even including online auctions where accountability is much more limited. I ordered one single product: a gaming mouse for my new computer, on 12-14-06. It is now 1-10-07 - nearly a month later, and my product is still not here. I received e-mail notification that the item had shipped after ten full days of processing time and the company website claims that my order shipped. UPS, however, says that the tracking number sent to my e-mail on the date of the supposed shippment is invalid. Three days ago (1-7-07), I sent a complaint to the support department at Comparemaster.com. The result was another standard computer-generated shipping notification e-mail, this time with a different tracking number, which is also invalid according to UPS.

I suspect that this store is fraudulent, and if not, they have the most terrible processing time and sleaziest business practices of any online merchant that I have ever done business with by at least a factor of two. It seems that their strategy for dealing with customer problems is to ignore the person, give them no useful information whatsoever, and then hope that they go away. Never, ever shop here, unless you want to experience what I did. While the site is very well designed and it is quite easy to place an order, getting what you paid for may well be impossible."

The sales force at this website is absolutely ridiculous, rude, and ignorant. They do not have by any means a secure verification of transactions as they base their entire credit card verification on your phone number! Absolutely insane. No apology, no effort to fix.
