"assistance from tech support was good ,Computer runs but the AMD Phenum 955 quad with asrock mother board runs slow. Pentium 4 runs just as fast. The fan in system is very, very loud and after 10 mins have to leave my 12x12 foot office.am not happy with case as the case is too big for the system and not very good quality."

"The ordering process went smoothly, set it up just the way I wanted. When the computer came it worked great for a while but something went haywire and it would not boot. Called tech support and after figuring out is was not something simple had to ship it back. This all happened over Christmas so understandably it took longer than it might have. Well the problem was a fixed, and the computer was returned and is working great.
Overall, my experience was a good one, and I would definitely recommend all pc zone for price and service.

"I bought one of the first i7-860 computers ALLPCZone shipped. I bought it without an operating system. The system would not load the OS CD (Win XP). Diagnosed as memory problem. Got some replacement memory, still did not work. 5 out of 6 memory sticks failed. Finally got different brand of memory and system worked fine. So while I am disappointed with the original engineering (or lack thereof) on a newly released CPU, I give high marks to their technical and customer support. They were willing to give 100% refund if that was what I wanted, or eventually resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend them if you wanted a low cost, high performance system."
