"I stumbled on this company while searching for a computer on Ebay. I was looking for what most people are looking for ie: a fast reliable computer for the least cost. The prices where very low for what you get. I called and spoke with a "Katie" who immediately answered all my questions. Impressed, I placed an order. After learning they had a website www.computerlx.com I decided to call Katie back to upgrade a few items. They adjusted my order and I received my computer on the day they projected. Everthing looked good out of the box except one minor flaw. The power supply fan quard at the rear of the computer was "mashed" in or up (about 1/4 inch) which distorted the look but did not effect the fan. It was packaged very well, no shipping damage so it came from them this way but again it was a minor flaw. The computers case was super thin and would be easy to bend but looks nice and is well ventalated. Overall they use good internal components. The computer runs fine. I'm happy with the order and I've shared my experience with several friends and strangers. They are accomadating. I give them a 4.5 out 5.

"Edit March 3: Edward from technical support was very helpful for providing me with warranty support for my faulty hard drive. It failed manufacturer diagnostic tests and is qualified for the manufacturer's warranty. Now waiting for memory issues to be dealt with. The memory included in my system was not in the motherboard's QVL. Several memory-related problems are surfacing and I suspect that incompatibility is the cause. Hope to get this issue resolved soon.

Edit February 17: Although I know this isn't the company's fault, my order was placed on January 20 and I didn't receive the product until February 15. I suspect this is because I live in Canada and it just takes that long to deliver. I also had to pay a hefty import tax upon receipt. The company did notify of this prior to ordering so it is definitely not their fault. Just want to give a heads up on people ordering from Canada that you can expect to pay 10%+ depending on which province you're ordering from. In my case it was nearly $300 since I ordered an expensive system. This fee could have been bypassed if the package was labelled as a "gift" but unfortunately the company was not willing to do so. Also having some hardware issues including a bad hard disk that I hope will be resolved soon. I'm hoping that mine was a special case because the company seems to be a great one.

I first took notice of AllPCZone while looking for a desktop on EBay. When I first decided that I wanted a new desktop system I realized that I didn't have the time nor the patience to hunt down the components from the lowest sellers and build it myself. AllPCZone's online store allowed me to choose the exact components that I wanted from their vast selection. Although this was already exceptional what really impressed me was their amazing customer service. My emails were responded to very quickly and the knowledgeable and friendly customer service representative allowed me to customize my system further so that I could really make the PC my own. In the end, the company put together my dream PC for a ridiculously low price that was very close to the price of a DIY build. Can't wait for the system to arrive!"
