" This was a great purchase for me. I originally purchased an Ibuypower system but read the reviews and immediately canceled. I looked around for companies who did system building and the reviews couldn't compare to ComputerLX. I went ahead and built a system and was very satisfied with the price for what I built. I went ahead and ordered it but received a call from a sales rep. I was a little skeptical and thought it was going to be an Ibuypower scenario. Luckily it was a call to help me enhance the power and longevity of my system. Elana, my sales rep., did a great job of figuring out the best choices for what I wanted in my system. She also notified me of a deal I didn't know about which increased the number of fans in my system for a great price. I received my order quickly and everything worked great on startup. I just plugged everything in and Windows booted perfect. The packaging was pretty good, there were a few dings in the actual case box but nothing serious.

"Alright, I'm not particularly good with tools - I have a tendency to break things when I try to put them together - so the idea of physically building my own machine was...not encouraging, let's say. Being able to custom-build a computer and have someone else do the actual put-it-together step of completion was what I wanted and I went through a few places that do this before settling on AllPCZone's template. Maybe there are better ones available, I dunno, but this one worked for me.
So I had a few friends offering me advice on my build as I went down the checklist and ended up with what everyone agreed seemed like a solid high-mid-range setup, overcame the pricy mail-order jitters and made the order.
The next morning, first thing in the morning, I get called by AllPCZone's customer service (a couple of times, actually, as I wasn't near my phone for the initial contact - maybe two or three calls within about half an hour). They just wanted me to know that, while my setup was overall good, it probably needed a better power source and, more importantly, a lot more cooling as I'd only picked two fans for a case that holds something like six to eight. There were a couple of other recommendations and it added another $160 or so to the total cost (I admit, I was feeling a little like when you go to the garage to get your car checked out and mysterious extra "necessary" labor starts getting tacked on), but it all sounded reasonable while Elena walked me through the few details she thought would benefit from tweaking. When I checked with the tech friends I mentioned earlier about this afterward, they agreed that, upon reconsideration, the power source I had WAS a little weak for the setup and that more cooling was better in general, which more or less put my concerns to rest.
Shipping took exactly 7 days, including a weekend. Everything got to me intact and working. Been running it pretty much non-stop for the week since and no problems so far. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the end product, and really relieved nothing got messed up in shipping; I was not looking forward to the idea of popping the case open to check cables if any got disconnected in the mail. x.x
The only real downside to the process was pretty minor. The cooling "package" Elena ended up upgrading me to from my initial purchase wasn't actually listed on their dropdown customization options, which makes it impossible to examine for what exactly is included in it (this is one reason I started feeling like things were getting shady on the phone call). Making sure that part of their customer-side order process is complete and as transparent as possible (a couple of the order options didn't have much in the way of description of the item, it wasn't entirely clear that cases came with zero inherent cooling hardware included, etc.) would be great.
Still, all in all, call me a satisfied customer."

"The transaction and business experience with AllPCZone was very very good. I needed to build a high performance system and was offered great help throughout the entire order over the phone. I needed to tell them how I wanted the computer of course because they didn't know exactly what programs I would be running for work . I had to tell them to add the sound card versus exclude it but that is no problem. You have to know what you need and they will expertly custom tailor the order to you - which is EXCELLENT - no need to waste money on things you don't need. I was helped by Gene and he did a great job. He was always on top of the order and seemed to go above and beyond on handling the order.
The computer came out excellent and is running beautifully.
The only thing that I could say is that the "professional wiring" wasn't absolutely professional at least to my standards. The final cables from the PSU were tied at the bottom of the case. I don't like that as it also restricts airflow to leave them like that. When I think of full professional wiring even those are hidden and tied in the back. So I tied them in the back -- which is fine anyway because I wanted to add another case fan at the bottom of the case and make sure all the cables were how I liked them. This was probably because I did ask for a rush on my order and my computer was finished and shipped really fast which was great. So again everything was great except that the professional wiring wasn't completely to MY personal standards of professional wiring but it wasn't a deal breaker at all. The prices were great, the service was great and the parts and computer were also great.
I would definitely do business with AllPCZone again. And I would definitely recommend them to friends that need a computer."
"Packaging of this new system was outstanding. I would have like a bit of instructions regarding ports since it is very new tech for me, but am in the process of switching over to this new system from my old system and all so far is going well.

"After I Started using my new computer for a view minutes, my screen went black. Calling the Customer support of computerlx.com and asking some questions, revealed that they had put in the wrong motherboard in my computer. I was very upset about that. They immediately arranged for FedEx to pick up the computer to send it back. After a few days they called me to notify me that the motherboard I had ordered was not made any more and they had found a different one that was almost the same. Having the new computer now for two weeks, everything works fine and I have no complains. I think this is a good company but can’t give them five stars because of the motherboard mix up.
