"Shady shipping practices. Orginally ordered an item as a gift that had to be delivered on a Saturday. Charged extra $20.00 for the service + $5.99 rush service and called next day after no delivery. Item showed up Monday and was told I would receive a $20.00 refund on the shipping fees. Called several days later and told they tried to refund my card and there was an error. Told customer service I would call back soon and order another product and to receive $20.00 credit towards the item. Selected a new product with Express Saver shipping 3 day with Fedex and told them to credit me the difference on this order. Received an email yesterday telling me item shipped. Found out today the snakes at that company shipped out a day later and chose the cheapest shipping possible using UPS Ground which is about $5.00 less than the 3 day Express Saver. This is the last time I am ordering from this company. They will deceive you on shipping to make up for the low product cost. If you need the item as expected try Newegg.com or Monarchcomputers.com. This is not the last I they will hear from me. I will get my $5.00 back if I have to dispute the charges. They need to understand that when the customer pays for the level of shipping they requested, they better send it that way. Bottom line, decent and new products but shady shipping practices. Look elsewhere if you can."

"This is my second time ordering from this company, and I can honestly say that processing orders in timely manner is not a definite standard with this company. After my first order, I was not going to try them again, but a rep explain the situation as a isolated incident. I ordered a couple of parts and requested the rush processing and next day air shipping. I called the customer service representative to confirm when I was going to get the order, the confirmed the order will arrive two days later due to one day for processing. On the morning of the delivery, I have not recieved a email containing the tracking number. I called customer service and they gave the tracking number, I check fedex website, and I just seen " data transmitted ". Which means the company has printed out the tracking label but has not submitted the package to fedex for shipping. I tried to ask the customer service rep from Computer Brain about the status, they said" Fedex has made a shipping mistake and lost the package" even though I know Fedex drivers scan all the packages when they conduct a pickup. She lied to me and then told me to call back in hour knowing that they will close in that that time span. This company has yet to impress me on customer service and further confirm they can not process orders on time or can properly work with their warehouse to confirm order status. "
