"IF YOU GOT TO SEND IT BACK, AND NEED IT QUICK YOUR IN TROUBLE,,first time ordering from geeks thought id trust them and give them a try,,, ordering went good,,ordered on the 13th, fast efficient,, even got the video card one day earlier then expected,,, and thats all the highlights in this story,,, got the card it was a 4850 but only 512 of memory ,, instead of the 1024 i ordered,,, paid for long distance phone call,, hoping they send me another as soon as posssible cause i need the card for a computer build that needs to be done on time,they told me what i had to do ,, drather then what they can do for me,, which consisted of scanning the receipt, which i have no scanner,and sending it back, so with having the card a total of 15 minutes in my hand loaded it all up shipped it back that day, 10 bucks to ship ,asked a buddy to scan receipt for me ,,and sent it in email to em quickly the next day,,hoping that they understand i need this thing in a hurry,,, well 4 emails later,,and this being the 29th of the month still no card even in the mail,,theyve recieved my card ,, but i guess processing it takes alot of time,,i feel as they got my money and im being put on the back burner,,i understand mistakes can be made but seriously it getting ready to turn august.all i want is my card and ten bucks back for the shipping,,, it was there mistake not mine,,, im almost ready to get ahold of paypal and let them handle them im over it so good luck all,,,, update august 1,, got ahold of someone new and they referred me to a tech guy,, they didnt have the card i ordered which was very dissapointing however he did issue me a full refund,, i wish i could of got my card,, but they did honor it with a refund so thanks tech guy ,, you were more helpful then regular support ,, so its who ya get to take care of the problem i guess,,, he at least give me a glimmer of hope i might try them again,,, so tech guy this buds for you ,, good luck all"

"They really don't care what they're putting in a box and selling to you.
Ordered a refurb ThinkPad. First unit came with a broken touchpad. Called customer support, they said they can't help me I must use their website to request a replacement. Annoying, but fine I used the website.
Second unit arrived, broken battery. I'm fully aware that a refurb laptop may come with a battery that would only last 30 minutes or so, but this battery was actually physically broken. Processed another RMA through their website.
Received notification that the second unit was processed and a replacement was shipped on June 25th, scheduled for delivery on July 1st (a month and a half after the original order was placed). Didn't receive laptop, checked tracking, the unit was JUST shipped out on the 1st.
To their credit, they do an excellent job with packaging. Unfortunately the items in the packaging are garbage."
