"I was quite disappointed with the service I recieved from CSO. At first, everything was fine. The order went through without problem. But after a few days of checking the order status, I noticed that the items I ordered had not shipped., but my credit card had been charged. I sent an e-mail asking about it and was told simply "Shipping out Friday Monday at the latest."
This was not the case, unless "Monday at the latest" meant almost a week after! Now, I had seen that they were having some delays and had listed that on the site, but what I found out was quite a shock.
It seems that between the time I ordered my parts and the time they sent them, CSO moved from Las Vegas down to Phoenix! Not so much as an e-mail to let me know there would be a delay, nothing done to rectify the situation, nothing!
And the second e-mail I sent to find out about the dealy? Not even an anwser!
Unfortunatly I have to give CSO low marks because of this. While the prices were great and the site was easy to use, the fact that my order took almost 3 weeks to ship from Vegas to Northern Nevada really put CSO on my bad list."

"I placed an order for a motherboard/CPU combo on 4/10/04, requested second day air delivery and paid using Paypal.
After repeated requests via their web site for a tracking number I finally received, on 4/15/04 a tracking number (FEDEX 650545746663). A check with Fedex indicates this number is not on their database which shows they lied when they supplied the tracking number. Obviously a fraudulent action.
I have sent them mail requesting a resolution of this and will contact Paypal if I do not receive a prompt and satisfactory response no later than today, 4/16/2004.
I should have checked with you before doing business with them. I will be contacting the Las Vegas DA on Monday to place a complaint as suggested by another reviewer if they fail to handle this properly. From the other reviews and the willful lie when they supplied a bad tracking number it seems they will not.
Color me a sucker with lots of company.
Today (4/15/04) I received a message apparently from Fedex with a new tracking number and acknowledging that the item is in their database. The tracking number is 650545746663 but going to Fedex directly still shows that the number is not on Fedex's database. I will check later but I don't believe the message came from Fedex."
"VERY poor service. Placed order on the 7th, didn't hear back from them until the 13th to tell me that my item would ship on the 18th. Heard back again 2 hours later that "Item is on backorder, will be several weeks until item is shipped." Price was right, but service gets an F.

Order still hasn't shipped, and all new attempts to contact them have been ignored. About to take my complaint to Paypal.

1/2 of order *FINALLY* arrived. No notice as to when the rest will arrive, they have not responded to any attempts to contact them."
"I ordered five products from this company valuing at $131. Products were unusable so I contacted them and received an RMA number. Sent the items back for a store credit. It is now four months later and they have neither given me my $131 back nor credited me with a store credit. Received a reply from one rep that he would look into the matter and speed things up. They refuse to answer my recent e-mails and still no credit."
"Though my credit card was billed for the full amount of the order immediately, I still haven't received over 50% of the order. CSO has not responded to any of my emails since March 22, at which time a representative told me "I will be checking with the shipping department regarding your order as I am not sure why these items have not shipped." No explanation, no satisfaction."
"I placed an order for a system kit on 29th March and to date (9th April), it has still not shipped. I have sent 3 emails already and got one reply promising shipment by 6th April. I purchase a lot of computer stuff online but this is the worst online store yet. My credit card was charged on 31st March even before the item was shipped. I am never going to buy from this store and will warn others about it as well. I am going to try to cancel my order and get my money refunded.
Update (4/27/04)
The order finally arrived yesterday more than 4 weeks after it was placed. It was well packaged but the packer failed to pack the Drivers CD and instruction manual with the system. I've emailed about the discrepancy but have yet to get a response. Who knows how long I will have to wait before I get the drivers CD. Definitely my last order with this hopeless company."

"Horrible, just horrible. I wanted to use a $5 off $10 purchase coupon, and another coupon that gives a free keyboard, mouse, and speakers for orders over $10. I buy a bunch of USB cables over $10, everything looks okay until after I hit the confirmation button. My free items disappeared, so I emailed customer service 30 minutes after I made the order. I never received a reply at all, and CSO approved and charged the order. Then I sent another email to get a refund. This time they repsonded after several days on 2/24/04. They said they would refund my money in 10-15 business days because "we have had an innumerable amount of orders over the last two weeks because of our great prices and latest move that it has delayed us quite a bit!", which is B.S. Today is 3/22/04, and I still have not received my refund. I am going to contact them one more time and if I don't get my refund, I'll send a complaint to the BBB or FTC.
Update: They refunded my money on 4/14/04 after I submitted a complaint to the BBB sometime during the end of March. I won't be ordering (online at least) from them again though."
