That was the *worst* online purchase I've ever had! Like a lot of other people here, I had bought a product that was listed as "In Stock", and apparently it really wasn't... I only found out after 3 weeks of waiting when I finally emailed them asking what the hell was up. I thought maybe it had been on its way but that they just never sent out a shipping notice. NOPE. They just felt like it wasn't a good idea to tell me that the item wasn't really available. Here's a tip Console Source: update the item's "In Stock" vs "Not In Stock" automatically. Are you oblivious to how many complaints are on here due to that lag in updating the page? Not only that, how about EMAIL IMPORTANT UPDATES TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!! My God, I can't believe I ordered this OVER A MONTH AGO! I just cancelled my order and ordered it from Hong Kong. It'll take 15 days to get to me, but I KNOW that'll be faster than these jerks.

If console source sells an item for $25 and $4.95 shipping... what the difference when the other company sells it for $18 but with $11 or more shipping... Console source is the honest company here, the other company's are making you think you're getting a good deal then capitalizing on shipping."
