"Ordered a "Like New" V7 D24W33 24" WideScreen Flat Panel LCD Monitor and I am very happy with it. I had a Dell 2005FPW 22" WideScreen LCD and they don't compare. The V7's 2 ms response time vs. Dell's 12 ms response time is very noticeable with V7's no ghosting at all. Movies and Games look absolutely stunning on the 1920X1200 resolution. The V7 arrived in perfect condition. The speakers suck. There was very slight, and I mean very slight backlight bleeding throughout the middle of the screen against a black background. You have to sit right infront of the screen to get the best picture, moving up down left or right causes color/contrast changes. Best performance monitor. No dead pixels. Cheapest price I could find and I looked everywhere. Package came with everything CD/2 cables etc..Thanks Overstockdealz!"

I could not even use the the keyboard or mouse because the dell did not have keyboard or mouse port. They said I could return after several emails, and I had to pay the shipping. They listed external DVD drive as "new" (but NOT open box). Drive received had broken seals, was missing factory software, and had markings/scratches by USB ports that appear to show prior usage.
When I contacted them they said return must be at my expense and they will not reimburse any shipping.
So, I was duped into the purchase and will be out of pocket for shipping because of it. What type of seller does that? They have lost a customer and my trust."

"This is the FIRST time I have been burned from buying online. OverStock Dealz is THE worst experience, I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They are very deceiving in their product description. I order a Philips DVP5982 DVD Player, it was advertised to be "new/open box", it came as a REFURIBISHED unit WITHOUT the (essential) remote control. I have contacted Philips who may send me a free remote, if the unit is still under warranty, but since it is refurbished, it may not be replaced for free. I contacted Overstock customer service and explained all this but got no response! I will never buy from this pathetic merchant again! The next time I buy something like this, it will be from Amazon.com, they would have paid for the return shipping AND reimbursed the original shipping charges, this POS merchant will not! "FedEx is slow, but that's not really consumer depots fault. I am however not happy at all with consumer depot. I ordered some polk audio 6.5 inch car speakers which are component speakers...so they originally come with the woofer, crossovers, tweeters and brackets. Nowhere on the page did they say that I was only going to receive the woofers. Noted that the price was a fourth of the list price and they did specify that the condition was used as a display model. The condition of the woofers is fine, and I just accounted the price to the fact that they weren't brand new. Consumer depot did not honor the fact that their page for this item had very false advertising and did not offer to take it back and credit both shipping costs to me.
