"I won an auction for a 4-line business phone and paid immediatly (within 90 minutes). A few days later I recieved a broken Zire PDA. I have since recieved 16 e- mails telling me to not reply and I will be contacted soon by customer service. I have never been contacted nor have I recieved the item I purchased and paid for. I learned that no matter what the circumstances are these people leave you negative feedback if you leave it for them. I left positive feedback for them so they would leave it for me because they get so much neg. feedback they could not care less about one more, however I am trying to build credibility on e-bay and do not want to recieve their retaliatory neg. feedback. In all honesty I don't think I have ever conducted business with a worse company. I would not consider trading with them in the future. Companies that use negative feedback to retaliate for a fair and accurate assessment of their business practices are the absolute scum of e-bay."
"Fast Shipment, Product was as described, A+ Ebay merchant. I purchaced a terestral DTV reciver, I hav e yet to get any channels in but I still need to get a outdoor antenna, its a tricky product but I did my homework and knew what I was getting into. They did warn the people biding about this, I think that is very good! They had a picture and it said that that is what it came with and that is exactly what they sent to me. The packing job was so good that if I buy from there again I dont think I would bother with shipping insurance. The payment method was easy to work with as well. It was actually easyer than getting a paypal account witch Im having to get for a recent purchase with a different seller. THIS SELLER HAS SOME GREAT DEALS!!!!!! As soon as I get some extra cash Im pointing my browser to there ebay store!"
