"this company has absolutely no communication. they do not answer emails. purchased many items from them and about half of them came with missing key components not mentioned in the auction. this auction was missing 3 items essential for the item to function. they do have an rma system in place, but because they charge so much for shipping it makes it not feasible to return the item and have to absorb the initial shipping charges and pay to ship the item back. so basically many of the items i purchased i cannot use and did not want to spend the money to return. i do not recommend buying from this company unless you don't mind risking your item will not be usable. this is a prime example of "you get what you pay for". the only reason i left them positive feedback is because they use retaliatory tactics when leaving feedback. the will only leave positive feedback if the buyer leaves positive feedback. it is my belief that if you are a buyer and pay for item in a timely manner, that should be enough to earn positive feedback. but when you receive an item you are not happy with and leave negative feedback , they will leave you negative feedback only because you left them negative feedback. even if you paid for your item quickly they will still leave you negative feedback. that is not the way ebay was intended to work. they are a prime example of a company that is not ethical. "
