"I was very pleased with my first experience with this company and will return. The IOMEGA CD-RW I bought was the lowest priced on PriceWatch and also had the lowest shipping cost. I was able to track the delivery progress with the FedEx link and the item arrived earlier than I expected. I am very happy with the item and it is exactly what they said it was. I intend to do business with this company in the future even if they are not the lowest price."

"I purchaced a used/demo Kodak DC3400 Digital Camera, no memory or box. It was recieved in 6 days but was missing the USB transfer cable. Consumer Depot at no cost to me found a cable and shiped it to me in three days! Customer service the way it should be!"

"I read all the reviews here on ResellerRatings and was expecting the worst only to to be quite impressed. I ordered a Visor Prism and got awesome quality and price. Though the product details say it was refurbished, there were separate categories for the broken handhelds. With most of the bad comments posted at least a year ago, either Consumer Depot has changed or I was merely lucky. I would, however, buy again."

"Ok, I ordered a refurbished Sony CD-RW from them with a 14 day warranty. When I got it, things were missing and it was dirty ( obviously it was a return and they never checked when it came back from the other customer) Anyway it didn't work so I got a RMA and sent it back, wanting them to send another one that did. A week later I get the SAME one back saying that the serial number on the CD-RW didn't match what was on the box. They were right, IT DIDN'T! THEY ACCUSED ME OF SWAPPING A BAD CR-RW TO GET THE CREDIT. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?? I THINK IT'S THE OTHER WAY AROUND. THESE PEOPLE SELL CRAP, AND IT WOULDN'T SURPRISE ME IF THEY HAD SWAPPED THE BAD ONE FOR THE GOOD ONE. NOW THAT $44.58(38 + 6.58) CD-RW HAS TURNED INTO A 50.36(44.58 + 5.78 to return it) CD-RW AND I STILL HAVE THE PIECE OF CRAP. SHOULD I SEND IT BACK ($5.78) OR JUST TAKE MY MEDICINE. AFTER 2 EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE, I'VE DECIDE TO GO ON THE WARPATH - START WITH FTC, PRICEWATCH, NEWSGROUPS AND ANYONE ELSE, WARNING THEM TO BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THESE CON-ARTISTS! BEWARE! BEWARE! THESE GUYS ARE CROOKS!"

"I have nothing but GOOD things to say about Consumer depot, the employees where friendly over the phone, service was EXCELLENT! I rarely submit revews on services being good because it is a companys job to please the consumer, well consumer depot did that and a little more.
I Placed an order with Consumer Depot on 5/16/2002 and was worried about meeting the deadline i had given a customer. I contacted them to inquire about how long it would be untill I recieved my order. The person that answered the phone was very nice and helpful and told me that it would be there in time.. to my suprise i received the CD-R/RW on the date I was given. Which brings me to say that they knew their shipping company and did exactly what they said they would do, unlike Accu-byte that took them 3 weeks to get a product in a box for shipping.. to say the least accu-byte will never get bussiness from me or my fellow employee's.. THANK-YOU Consumer Depot!

"KINGSTON Etherx Fast Ethernet PCI 100MBS was loose in a cadboard box, not in anti-static bag or packing material. When it didn't work, I couldn't get a RMA number without a customer number which I never received. Even though I provided a copy of the order with the order number, date, part numbers of items, etc, they refused to do anything, and were rude. It appears they are just a scam operation for junk parts."
