"ConsumerDepot had a problem verifying my alt-ship address (3 other merchant orders placed on the same day were delivered before ConsumerDepot even shipped). Their phone number ***-***-****) is answered by someone who only says they can't help with orders placed on the internet. I made 3 long distance calls to get that information! I was charged shipping on a product that was advertised on pricewatch.com as free shipping. I received an email that stated that free shipping applied on orders of 1 piece only...however this information is nowhere to be found on their order site and when I called them I was told that the problem was being worked on and would be corrected soon...with no mention of the one only "policy".
I ordered 2 epson c62 printers and a Nikon camera...I received only one printer and the camera. When I emailed a query I received an answer asking why I was asking about a month old order that was shipped in April...I responded by informing the twits that it is still April and asked for what they were smoking instead of the printer. Furthermore, even if the order had been over a month old was I supposed to accept less than I paid for?..(they had NO difficulty in charging my chargecard almost immediately) "

Consumer Depot has 60 open complaints with the local BBB and has only resolved 1 complaint. "Not only did they send me a defective (dead pixel, bad rom) ipaq 5455--which was sold as new--but they deny that I returned the product under the RMA agreement, even though I have the signature and confirmation of delivery thanks to FedEx. They also changed their policy on my return several times during correspondence and consistently played dumb, even contradicting previous e-mails. They now have my money, and my broken ipaq, and the only way to sue them is if I want to make the trip to Tennessee to file a small claims suit. "I purchased a palm sync cradle from these jerks in January. A week after the completion of this auction, I emailed bargaindepot04 stating I had not received information on how to check out. I received an email from telling me how to check out, followed quickly by another email they sent through eBay saying I had not paid. I wrote back complaining about the payment reminder and was informed that they had emailed me three times. I had received nothing from them until I emailed them a week after the auction.
I immediately paid the auction and received the receipt information on tracking. Their shipping methods are horrible, with no allowance for FedEx to drop off the product, so I had to go searching for the FedEx location to get the product. And then there's the $8 shipping fee to FedEx ground ship a $4 item from the next state over from me.
A week after the transaction was over, I received a non-paying bidder warning that was to go on my record, for "not having paid the auction." I wrote eBay and it was immediately removed. I left negative feedback on bargaindepot04. Tonight I checked my feedback, and they left negative feedback for me saying "Sorry you were unhappy." So now I have my first ever negative feedback on eBay, from the worst seller ever, because I left them bad feedback after they screwed me up one side and down the other?
These people suck. Never, EVER, do business with them."

I just refused to make the payment because of the excessive shipping. I'm not at all happy with their customer relations, for being new on ebay this is an unwelcome sight. the bit I made was for 11.50 shipping was 12.00 totaling 25.?? with tax.
