"I bought a cordless phone from an ebay auction of this seller, which arrived DOA. It took more than 2 weeks to get my money back, and that only happened when I threatened to dispute the transaction with my credit card company. Only 19000 out of their 27000 positive feedbacks are from unique users, which means that at least 8000 feedbacks are fake. Well, then that casts serious doubts on the authenticity of the remaining 19000 positive feedbacks too. AVOID DEALING WITH THEM!"

"I ran into these guys on Ebay as "bargaindepot04" and they are complete fraudsters. They advertise in auctions that the products are new or like new, and inspected by quality trained people- this has to be a bold faced lie. The item they sent me was missing a part and they refuse to just send me that part. I did get a non-automated response via email, but it just repeats the info. about returning the item at cost to me. They have an answering machine at the contact number you can get if you've completed an auction on ebay, but the machine is always full- so you can't leave a message. I have filed complaints with ebay, with square trade, and now with the BBB in TN. Another buyer is suing them in small claims court. And I LOVE the automated feedbacks that they leave for a buyer depending on the type left for them. A negative automatically gets you, "This Ebayer Cannot Read. Does not Follow Clearly Stated INSTRUCTIONS". I did get a real email response when I said in subject line, "need a real response, not automated!", but the "real" response just transferred blame onto the manufacturer and told me to return the item. They did state that the infamous "7 day return policy" begins counting when the RMA is requested. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! "

I bought a HP Photosmart 7550 printer from them. I received it damaged and had fedex send it back to them. They refused it. As of yet refused to reply for my 4 different emails and I have left numerous voicemails on a Mr. Fike's voice mail regarding my situation - he refuses to return my calls. At this point im only hoping once I feel out the forms and invoke my buyer protection through my bank will I get my money back. The printer came to me with a hole straight through the side of the box and into the printer. Looks like a forklift punched it but in any case the support from this company sucks. They are known as bargandepot04 on ebay as I said also they run auctionlogistix.com and consumerdepot.com.

They will most likely post negative feedback on my account because this will be listed as such on theirs. It will say: “This Ebayer Cannot Read. Does not Follow Clearly Stated INSTRUCTIONS.” Its funny to some degree - when i did an ebay ID check - you know where you get the sellers contact information - it gave me a number that has a automated answering machine telling you that all customer service is done by email and that they reply to all emails.... guess what - they DONT.... --- either way – don’t do business with these people if you can help it – believe me its not worth the headache.

Below is part of the first email i sent to them when there automated service asked for positive feedback on ebay.

you receive feedback when my items received refund. It is currently in the process of being shipped back to you via FedEx, the same way it was shipped to me. FedEx has listed the package as damaged and picked it up for inspection yesterday. should arrive there by the end of the week. You should be able to track this package by calling FedEx and giving the tracking number used to ship the printer. I will also need an email when the package is received and a full refund has been made. I know this item is declared damaged and was insured for $199.00 and I know FedEx claim policies which also allow the filing of the full amount declared plus freight charges. Expedience is appreciated.

"It was a simple purchase, a 3.5 FLoppy Drive, so it is kinda hard to screw that up. They got it to me quickly and in good shape. It was the best price and shipping was .01 - so free, in effect. "Invoice above is one of 23 items of which I had to have shipped individually as per thier policy. Each item was described as checked out by thier high rated personnel shipping and handling is very high as I'm sure most of the cost is handling buy thier qualified personnel and. All the 23 items I got were well used as some were not descibed as such more of the new nature.I returned six that I have credit for as I have seen some but not all and got RMA's without problems and I got credit card refunds not not refund credits having to be used with them. I have seen them kicked of E Bay and they have a bad listing with the BBB Nashville. They are back on E Bay but all the products I have seen buy as it is no returns. Its hard to buy trash as I have to pay to have trash hauled her. There is lots of bad reports I've read and I thank God that I'm not in the water as deep as some and my Delete button does work properly and will handle that as soon as I can find all my credits. I feel they are not too smart of having a marketing Geru that only wants a customer one time then move on or maybe they are just not business smart at all."

"Beware of these people. You have been warned. I have ordered a Gyration Ultra mouse & RF keyboard, which promptly arrived. But problems started to occur as soon as I plugged this thing in. The receiver would not respond to the keyboard or mouse, and the mouse battery, after charging it at least 12 hours, goes for 5 seconds! Total nonsense. I have returned the merchandise ($7.00 on my behalf) and am waiting for the new item. So far, I am greatly displeased with the way they have handled themselves, for I couldn't find a phone number to call."

"I bought 2 Extreme Cybikos and received them. One works and one did not work. I had to ship the bad one back to store to exchange another one (with my own shipping fee $7.00). They sent me another one and it did not work either. I ship it back to store again with another $7.00 shipping fee. They don't refund my money. Only issue an in store credit. I don't trust them and I don't want to order anything with that in store credit because I'm afraid that I have to pay another shipping fee!!!!"

"I don't know about these people. I had read all most of their most recent feedbacks on ebay, and made the choice to buy from them. I sent them 3 emails over the course of a week, both in and out of my auction, and received no reply on any of them. The questions that I was asking were vaid, and important. They have an obsecene shipping charge. They charged me 15 dollars to ship 1 pound of merchandice 300 miles. That's absurd. I checked it out on FedEx.com, and found my shipping to only add up to about 8 dollars. They DO have a phone number on their website, but good luck in finding it. Its under the Policy and Privacy notices...waaaay at the bottom. Finally towards the end of my auction I found it, and called them with my displeasure. I would be weary of this company, especially with as low of a rating as they have.

***** IMPORTANT ***** If you need to contact this company, you CAN in fact find their phone number. If you goto www.consumerdepot.com and go under the PRIVACY POLICY link, they have their phone number listed. (thankfully) Call and hassle them all you need to make sure you get what you need, and most importantly, paid for.

Also beware, I noticed a good point in some of the ebay feedback comments. They have so many supposed positive feed backs, but look at the number of those feedbacks that are from 1 and 2 item buyer. We have a theory that the actual employees of consumer depot are using their sales to boost their feedback number, and possibly all the positive comments in this forum. This is only a theory keep in mind.

In regards to the prior comment about believing that this resellers ebay rating is inflated by employees seems more likely now. One ebayer bought about 20 items in one day, most of which are DOA digital cameras. Now seriously, who is really going to buy a DOA camera huh?! Just an addition...be careful.

"This is the worst company I have ever delt with. Customer relations is a joke with them, I bought a pair of speakers, and got a roll of polaroid film, after a few weeks and a bunch of emails, I filed a fraud claim against them in ebay. Only then I started seeing some action in their behalf. Then to top it all off they lie in the feedback, saying that I had messed up and ordered the wrong item, and that they had offered and exchange. THEY DIDN'T. Their process is automated when you buy an item from them, I didn't make an order, and even so, their order confirmation has a pair of speakers on it, not a roll of film. So buyers BEWARE, hopefully every thing will go right on your buy, if not, they turn into your worst nightmere, they WILL lie, the only thing they care about is getting your money."
