"Absolutely terrible. They sent me a used copy of a Garmin Map update which is useless as only one device can be updated with the product key on the disc. Product was advertised as new but out of box. I called Garmin and there is nothing they can do as the product key has been registered to someone else. I expect all my money back or a replacement I can use."

"I ordered an Xbox 360 that i was told was "refurbished". I have purchased a couple consoles in the passed refurbished and have never seen a system that looked this bad. There was dirt on the system and it was very scratched. It was also not in a Microsoft box which im pretty sure they come in considering that i bought a original xbox refurbished back in the day, and i came with all kinds of papers and the product looked brand new. No paper work came with the system either, nothing at all. I would go so far as to say that this was not "Microsoft refurbished" at all. The system also didn't work. It had the 2 red lights of death, not the 3 that is covered in the current Microsoft 3 year extension on the warranty. The 2 red lights of death means it was over heating, but it was overheating in 30 seconds, the longest i was able to keep it on. How a system like that could be considered refurbished i have no idea. If i had to guess, i would say this system was probably purchased online by the seller as broken then sold at refurbished to make some cash. I was not impressed and would not recommend this seller to anyone. "

"I have ordered 4 "demo" laptops from them in the last 2 weeks for my company. Compared to other refurbed laptops on the net , they are at least $100 or more less for the same item. all of them have come in great condition, the worst just havin some scratches on the outer casing, but all functioning perfectly. upon registering them, all have shown on the manufacturers website as brand new , therefore activiating the whole 1 year warranty as if new. shipping is fast and they are very well packed. "This was my second purchase from Consumer, and it was handled professionally and quickly. Although the shipping cost was a little higher than expected, it was not too excessive. The disappointment this time was the product did not function as expected or as advertized, resulting in a RMA being required. I realized at the outset that buying a used electro-mechanical device was risky, but my first experience turned out so well I took a chance again that did not have the same result. "I ordered 3 sims expansions and 1 stuff pack, all were nicely priced (less than 10 dollars each) and shipping was pretty fast. It was the cheapest option and it came from TN to CA in three days. My only problem is that my the first disk in the Sims Freetime was unreadable because of a deep scratch and several superficial ones. I tried repairing it but one was too deep. That was also the only disk I ordered that said "No refunds", so I'm sure this was why. So I would suggest only buying software with a 14 day refund. Anyway I'm mostly satisfied with this company because they have cheap prices and pretty fast shipping. Just beware of non refundable items!!! Since it was only about 8 dollars, I'm not too disappointed. "
