"Terrible experience! They do not stand by their listing! The item was listed as brand new, but when it arrived it was missing a critical piece that made the product useless! I even recieved a notice saying that the item had been tested! Apparently the tester forgot to mention that they kept an important piece, or they lied about the testing in the first place
They would not pay for shipping their mistake back, or refund the original shipping, so I've paid thirty dollars total to ship the item back and forth, and the item was only $30 to begin with. I feel completely cheated, and I don't get to tell anyone. The only number they have is for Sales. This is convenient for them. Easy to get your money, and no way to speak with them when you have a problem. You can however get an automated response from the email that says sorry you had a problem...and we're not going to do anything about it. Try warehouse deals from Amazon. At least Amazon is backing them. I'm sure I just got a bad shot, based on the ratings, but if it's my first, then it's also my last!"

I ordered a Refurbished xbox 360. What I received was a used Xbox 360. The previous owners games, music and profiles are still on the machine.
The wireless controller has some sort of sticky stuff on it, I am guessing soda, anyway, the controller does not work.

Even though I did not order a used xbox 360 I could have gotten over it. The broken controller is an issue for me. Being ignored is really irritating. I would have been fine with sending the controller back and having it replaced.
When I try to call there number all I get is an answering machine. In good faith that my call will be returned I left a message. It was not returned nor where my emails replied to.

Save yourself some aggravation. Do not order from this company."

"This company feels no responsibility to their customers. I ordered a HDTV receiver, and it arrived without a remote (rendering it useless as it has no other way to operate it).

I tried several times to contact their offices. I send an email as they recommended through their "customer support website" and never heard back. I called the only number they make available and repeatedly got Spencer on the other line. He would have been perfectly happy to place an order for me, but when I stated I have a problem with a previous order he immediately dumped me into an automated voicemail box.

Eventually I sent another customer service email, and still have heard no response.

Imagine my surprise to see that they wanted my feedback on this website. I will be more than happy to give them a terrible review. The best thing that could possibly come from this situation is that I can warn someone else not to use them. That way you can save your money, unlike me who was robbed.
