"Horrible Customer Service. I ordered 2 Mario Karts and received a different game and one Mario Kart. I expected to return the item for a refund, but I have to pay the shipping. Unacceptable. I have sent 3 emails and left 2 messages without any return call. I would think twice before ordering from this company...I guess you get what you pay for. "
"Everything arrived just as expected. Item was exactly as I had ordered it; with all accessory pieces included. Thank you!"
"Completely satisfied. Prompt service. Great price."
"100% satisfied!!
I was skeptical at first, having read a lot of reviews good and bad. But this company delivered my order quickly, and everything works and is as described -"new/open box." Everything was packaged for shipping well enough, with plenty of foam/bubble-wrap. The product packages were the only thing that appeared "used" and the products looked brand new. All Wii accessories (including Guitar Hero products) and games work great! Thank you!
You'll give Amazon and other online stores a run for their money as consumers shop around for great bargains.
The only thing I cannot comment on is their customer service - I didn't speak to anyone. But I did get an emailed order confirmation/receipt and another email with my shipment tracking numbers. Of course, this isn't out of the ordinary service when ordering online."
"I am not happy with this purchase. I ordered a wireless network adapter for an Xbox 360. When it arrived, it was not in a package. Only the packing slip listed the item as refurbished - the online catalog did not.
When I tried the adapter, it did not work. I called Microsoft technical support and they verified that it was a bad adapter. I sent the adapter back under an RMA. They refunded my money for the adapter, but did not refund the shipping cost. (I also had to pay postage to send it back to them for the RMA.)
I feel like I was ripped off, both in the time I wasted, as well as the $10 I spent in shipping for an unusable product."
"OK, here's the story. I've ordered a 3.5" hard drive external enclosure. The price was $4.99 and delivery $9.99. The item's condition was listed as "New/Open box". Well, aside from some wear&tear that shows that it's far from new, the item had two other major problems.
1. The connector on the inner ATA cable that is supposed to connect to the drive was torn off the cable completely. I had to use another cable from my previous enclosure that's died. Had I not have it, the item would not be usable at all.
2. The computer just wouldn't recognize it as a mass storage device. I had to look up some software (dbflush) on the internet to somehow re-program the firmware before I could use it.
So, I managed to get it working but it wasn't easy.
Why didn't I just return the thing? Well, paying $10 for return shipping to get back $4.99 didn't quite make sense to me.
I guess, I can't really complain considering the price I paid, but I would think hard before I buy another "New/Open box" item from them."
"Item was shipped promptly without annoying sales calls. Item was as described. Please pay attention to the description as it may not have accessories. "
"I am an IT Manager/Consultant and often help my smaller accounts purchase refurbished or demo model technology and appliances. In this case I ordered an HP DV6326 laptop for one of the executives who was leaving on a road-trip and had lost the use of her current machine. When the laptop arrived, it exhibited a large and deep area of damage on the right-front corner- giving the appearance the machine had been dropped. When I attempted to boot the laptop, it displayed a message saying the operating system key taken from the MS Windows decal on the bottom of the laptop was invalid. I tried many times as did one of my technicians. I am an MCSE certified IT manager and my techs are certified as well, so I am confident our assessment was correct. As the executive needed the laptop as quickly as possible, I tried calling, voicemailing, and e-mailing ConsumerDepot regarding the laptop. I was certain they had sent the wrong machine and needed to know if they could give me another OS key over the phone. Not only is it impossible to reach anyone there by telephone, but messages left go for days unanswered. Out of urgency, I followed the RGA process on their website and then ordered and paid for a second laptop in order to receive it in time for the executive's trip. ConsumerDepot delayed the processing of my order because they effected a "credit authorization hold" (which American Express verified should not have taken place), and the laptop arrived days after the executive had already left for KY. The real shcok came 2 weeks later when a very obnoxious representative called me to state ConsumerDepot would impose a 20% restocking fee on the return of the first laptop! This despite their mishandling of the messages I left for them and the fact returned the machine via FedEx overnight at my expense and they claimed 2 weeks later the machine was operational and not subject to return. Up until that point I had considered ConsumerDepot and OverstockDealz a reputable vendor. Now I warn my employees, friends, and professional acquaintances to STAY AWAY from CONSUMER DEPOT/OVERSTOCKDEALZ. Cheaters, liars, and non-existent customer service. I have also submitted my case to PC Magazine's sonsumer-resolution team in the hopes they can help recover the 20% restocking fee. "
"BUYER BEWARE:
Hello everyone,
Heres my story. I was looking for a GPS and I looked all around my local stores, ebay, and google shopping. Google returned my search with a Tom Tom Go 510 for 99.99 at consumerdepot.com in New/Openbox condition. Seems like a good deal and the company has been around for 13 years so I didnt think anything of it at the time. So I place my order on a thurdsay and pay for 3 day shipping. Monday comes around and I figure I will check the status of my order. Thats when it hits me, they never sent me any order confermation or tracking number. So I go back to the web site to log in and check my order there. But when I try to log in it says my accont is invalid. So I attempt to call them. Strait to voice mail. and I email them. waited like half the day and nothing back. So I preceded to send them an email and call and leave a voice mail about every hour. Finally after about 25-30 emails and 25-30 voice mails I get a email with my username and password (same one I was using) but to a different website. overstockdealz.com. I go to the site and it looks just like Consumerdepots site. Kinda Odd but ok. Thursday my package shows up... (so much for 3 days) and keep in mind im kinda a geek so when I get a new toy im all excited. I sit down and open it up, take it out and the face plate falls off of it. I picked it up and looked at it and its all scrached and dented as well as the rest of the unit. I tried to put it back on but it wont stay. Never the less I go though the rest of the box and half the stuff is missing... Now im mad... I precede to turn it on and go though the stuff. The home adress is alread set and there is about 60 favorites set all in florida... This item is so USED. Then I tried to set it back to deafault and clear it out but the screan its off by about an inch so you cant use it. So I attempt to call, strait to voice mail. So I send and email. Noon on friday and no reply so i start sending emails every hour and calling every hour (always strait to voice mail). Early the next week they get back to me and tell me to just return it but I have to pay to ship it back to them. I asked if there was some way to work it out. If we could just exchange it or something. But once again I didnt hear anyting back from them. I eventually start calling there sales line, its the only way to get anyone, and they are rude, very rude. They guys name is jason and he said it happens all the time and there is nothing they can do for me just send it back then hangs up on me. I called back and he told me to stop calling and set the phone down, did not hang up just set it down. So I paid $12 to send it back. They refunded me the 99.99 but not the origional shipping of 9.97 or the return shipping of $12. So im out $22 for their mistake.
I went to walmart the next day and for $128 now im happy.
Good luck to all just dont buy from this company. Also if any one has had this kind of problem and knows how to get a hold of the owner please let me know. ****@****

"Poor at best would be my description, Purchased 2 monitors and was sent incorrect power cords (yes they BOTH had the wrong cords 1 was a laptop style other rounded 3 prong not a normal cord like for a power supply), I e-mailed and asked for the correct cords they wanted an rma sent with a automated reply. Sadly at that point i was not going to spend another dollar to send the monitors back for THERE mistake I called and left a message in an attempt to speak to them and left my number for a return call and was ignored. I found 1 cord at work that took care of 1 and the other I ordered of of someone reputable for 17 bucks which works wonderfully. The lack of customer focus is evident considering BOTH orders were incorrect and there desire to lay all of the work on me to resolve it rather than taking care of the customer with a little bit of communication rather than a generic auto reply e-mail. So to consider this company customer oriented would be a reach, after all they had my 200+ dollars. Thanks for the forum to speak about it. This explains it all http://data.middletennessee.bbb.org/commonreport.html?bid=32000377&language=1&bureau=&bbbid="
"I was amazed at how fast I received my order.I received it 4 days from my order date and used the express saver shipping.I am also very pleased with the products I ordered, just as they were described.Rated A+ service and satisfaction "
"I was not happy with FedEx shipping. I paid for Priority shipping and the package sat in FedEx's warehouse which is 4 miles from my house for 30 hours. All efforts to get FedEx to move were ignored. I have never had any luck when using FedEx. Why can't you use a more relieable shipper?

"I've purchased about 6 items from this company and I've had to return 2 items cause they were broke.
I won't order again.
I can return the item but they don't reimburse me for shipping. . .so I get stuck with two shipping charges. . . . NOT WORTH IT!"
"I ordered and received a Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000. One of the back legs was broken and it was missing two of the programmable keys (No.s 1 and 5). I contacted the company and asked for replacement of the broken and missing parts so I could fix it. I was told that the company did not provide replacement parts and the only remedy was to ship it back and my cost (less the original shipping to me) would be refunded. Since it would cost me about $10 to return the keyboard in order to recover $14.99 (a net recovery of $5.00), I did not bother to do so. Needless to say, I do not plan to make any further orders from this company if that's the treatment they give their customers."
"Great prices - Great products! Superfast shipping!
Thank you!"
