I tried to follow the instructions sent in the email about how to get an RMA. I couldn't log into my account because of a "system upgrade" that was done and the site stated my account couldn't be found. I tried for 3 or 4 days to log in for an RAM# and couldn't. However, when I went in to try and make a new account with that same email address, the system said the email was already taken. If I can't log into my account, then how can I get an RMA#? Funny part is that as soon as I start a fraud complaint through Price Grabber, the next day I can access my account. Hmmm. 20% restocking fee and not reimbursing for shipping to me when you MIS REPRESENTED THE ITEM BEING SOLD is a bad business practice."
