"I bought some 4th of July bunting on May 20th figuring it was plenty of time ahead to order. Boy, was I wrong. I kept looking for it to arrive and when mid June came I contacted them. They said due to covid 19 orders were backed up. I understood this and waited. When the last week of June came, they let me know that "good news, your order will arrive on the 30th". I thought at least the bunting will arrive before the 4th. Well, the bunting arrived on July 6th, just in time for NEXT YEAR! But to make matters worse, there were only 2 banners, not the 3 I ordered. I checked the invoice and, yep, they charged me for 3. I have called them several times and the recording comes on saying all representatives are busy, leave your info and they'll call you back...so far, no call back. Once I get this resolved I will NEVER do business with these people again. I could have walked to Ohio and picked it up faster."
"I stumbled upon Consumercrafts.com in May 2020. I made my 1st & only purchase on May 21st 2020. I waited, waited & waited some more. During my waiting I periodically checked their website to see if my purchase had been shipped yet (key word yet). I emailed the email listed on their site & received an automated reply. A week later I check again & decided to visit their FB page to send them a message. It wasn't until I sent the message June 19th 2020 to see that my package has FINALLY shipped ... YESTERDAY.
Initially I thought Cov-19 stalled shipping BUT that wasn't the case at all. Now I see that they have done away with online sales & that is probably a good thing for them. This is my 2nd 1 star review that I have ever listed because I always give the benefit of the doubt & be as understanding as possible but after a month & zero movement with my purchases removed my understanding. "
"Placed an order on 4/9/20. It's now 5/5/20. My order has not been fulfilled. I have received zero updates. I have received ONE clearly automated response, after over 10 messages to customer service over the issue, resolving absolutely nothing because all they could say was "orders are taking 15+ business days." They have scammed me out of over 100 dollars of my HARD EARNED MONEY and I had to refund HUNDREDS of dollars of customer's orders, through my own small business, due to these supplies not coming in. "so I understand during covid businesses have been short staffed and things take a little longer, but I bought two canvas packs and paid for 2-4 day shipping, week went by I emailed their customer service, took me about 10 times to get them to even ask for my order number and try to figure out where my order was, I tried canceling, 10 days since ordered they finally tell me my order has already shipped and they can’t cancel it. "Placed order on 4/6/20. Got shipped on 4/23 to be delivered on 4/29 by UPS. Now that's delayed to 4/30. We are snowbirders...it's 104 here, will not delay trip north again. When I called to ask if they got my order after 1.5 weeks and no confirmation letter, the woman had a bad attitude. I ordered same thing then from Amazon ..got it in 3 days. "This company for several years and placed multiple orders for many different types of items. I must say they are a stellar company. Customer service is a phone call away where you get an actual person that is not reading from a q card but dealing with you as a human being. Also if I ever had a problem it was don't with immediately and professionally, one on one with salesperson and customer. It was not a situation that you could not reach customer service or you got a robot, or you were put on hold for hours. The customer service I have dealt with, Louis and Laura, are Stellar examples of what customer service should be. As far as the company they have great quality merchandise add great value prices. They are in the USA, so when they describe a product it is very accurate oh, I guess they are aware bait and switch is against the law, as dealing with companies outside USA have been very misleading to me. I think this company should be held as the standard for what companies are supposed to. They represent the product accurately, never miss leaving, customer service is actually a person answering your questions accurately. If they do not know the answer they definitely go to their resources and then call you back with suggestions on what they can do to make the customer happy. After all I have dealt with them for several years I have never had a situation that was not handled beautifully. Again Louis and Laura in customer service have helped me and the company itself definitely wants you to repeat business. I wish all companies on the internet took lessons from this company as I will no longer deal with Amazon and eBay if I can find it here. This company is stellar, and deserves ten thousand stars."
"Bought one of their items that was sold by another website. Item broke within 4 months - manufacturer defect. Contacted site of sale, they referred me to Consumercrafts.com. Messaged them twice asking for a response. NONE received as of today but they're happy to send me their daily sales emails."
"I was hesitant to order from here after seeing all the negative reviews. But this was the only place where I could find favors for my baby shower at an affordable price. So I decided to take a chance and order. I ordered tea cup and saucer sets. 4 sets were broken so i contacted customer service and they sent me a set of 6 (because they only sell in sets of 6) for free! I contacted on Monday morning and received the replacements on Wednesday. I’m so amazed!!!"

"My first order came damaged. When I finally got threw to their customer service line. They gave me a credit and told me to reorder my items. The customer service lady was very rude to me. So I reordered and it never came after 2 weeks once again. One again it took 3x calling their customer service line. They received my order back to them cuz the package was damaged. They never called me or resent out the order. They said they credited my account well I have no credit yet. Oh and I got told once again to reorder my stuff. Yea I wont be ordering from this company again "
