Although you are ordering the correct powers, the brand that you have been fitted and prescribed for is not the brand you are trying to purchase. "I do love how easy it is to reorder lenses (this is one reason I prefer to use your site over Costco's which has similar pricing).
What I do find annoying is I just submitted an order over $500, and I'm still being charged for shipping. I get that shipping isn't free, but a common norm on websites is orders over a certain amount get free shipping. It would feel better to me as a customer if you did that. "
