"Price is not transparent. Expect your price per box to double at checkout due to processing fees/box. For my Rx it was about $16 per box in processing fees. The shipping fee was flat rate regardless of number of boxes so that is nice. However, pricing transparency is important and this felt a bit like a bait-and-switch situation. Your total price is still less than 1-800-Contacts or Warby Parker, why not just advertise your all-in price per box. Feels sleazy to add 50% more at checkout. The out the door price was still less than competitors but doing the hidden fee game makes me lose trust in the company and I am not sure if I will go with them again. Will have to wait and see if my order is correct and how quickly I get my contacts. "
