"I was very skeptical about this company because the prices were so low and there was an extraordinarily high processing fee. I made two mistakes and had to reorder and return twice. I thought for sure they would tell me that that the processing fee was nonrefundable and they would only return the cost of the contacts. BUT they did NOT. They refunded everything except shipping AND the customer service emails get answered very quickly including weekends so you aren't left worrying about things. I finally have the correct product. The only thing that was disappointing was that I ordered the wrong prescription. I was a little surprised our optometrist approved this order when it was incorrect but that's a whole other problem. Even with the high processing fee they are still cheaper than most of the no shipping companies I have bough from. Would definitely buy from them again!"
