First was how to place an order with 2 different prescriptions for contact lenses (different lenses due to 1 eye having astigmatism). I also SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF I WOULD BE CHARGED A PROCESSING FEE AND I WAS SPECIFICALLY TOLD I WOULD NOT BE. Then, upon checkout, I'm getting whacked with a $100 processing fee.
