Search filters could be improved
"The search filters could be better. I need to search for contacts with "astigmatism" AND "2-week" so I want results with both filters, not lenses with one or the other. Difficult to find what I was looking for."

What is processing fee?
"Seems like a good way to lure us in with cheap prices, and then when you get to the cart "just kidding! we've added a 'fee'". Puts a sour taste in your mouth when you were lied to about the price."
