"No matter what there web page says when ordering
It will not be delivered then, they have a list of excuses which somehow they think makes it better
As far as Iam concerned you promise delivery on a day. It need to be there that day. Not ship that day, not arrive 4 days past
I’d say I’ve had issues 3 of my last 5 shipments

"Don't bother paying for the express shipping. The website claims to deliver contacts within a short period of time if you pay the extra money for express shipping...ended up taking longer than if I used standard shipping. Very disappointed in this service. "

"I’ve been ordering since 2018ish. Even during the pandemic, nothing changed. This company has been steady and consistent with their products over the years. Always offering so many options for contacts and eyewear.
They have a great shipping system, and in all the orders I’ve done, not one has been held up, lost, or damaged.
The process works so smoothly that I’ve never had to talk with a customer service representative. Which I think says a lot about a company.
