"excellent, excellent service. i purchased a heatsink and some rounded ide cables from them. there were two points of confusion which were easily solved. the first was that they could only ship to the billing address of the credit card i used "since it was an american express card." i found this to be confusing since no other company has mentioned this or had a problem with it (i ordered from three other companies simultaneously with the same card). but, it wasn't an inconvenience for me, and i suspect it has to do with american express anyway and not coolerguys, so no foul. anyway, they called me to inform me of this, without ANY prompting from me... very good service. the second was that the hsf i ordered was out of stock. i was called twice, again without any prompting from myself, to be updated about the situation. they first told me it would be two days, but then two days passed and they called again to tell me they were in error. i was very impressed. anyway, everything shipped, a little late, but i wasn't upset because i was kept informed the entire time. i feel like i was on a first name basis with mark from coolerguys since he called me so much. i highly recommend these guys... the customer service i received here was extraordinary, the best i have found so far."

"Case I bought was missing parts and had parts broken inside it. They did not respond to numerous emails. Threw it in the trash and considered it a brain fart to have ordered from them. Even some of the mags that gave it great scores replied to my emails that it was a crappy case after they gave it great scores. Go figure"
