"I bought a variety of products from these guys in August 2002. They sent me plenty of information about the products. The only beef I have is that they send the memory from another location and did not notate it on the invoice. I called them and they verified it was sent and explained why. I am very happy with the customer support. They were polite and quick. I would recomend them to another person. However, the prices seem a little high on some things."

The red cathode is not really red at all but orange, but I guess this isn't really Coolerguys fault. The packaging could have been a lot better. There was hardly any peanuts in there. Nothing was broken but the packaging could be a lot better. And they replied the next day to one of my emails but never replied to my next one."

"Ordered some cold cathode lights, thumb screws and 6 port baybus from them.

When I installed the cathode lights I ran into a problem, but Bill at ****@**** answered my question very fast and very much pointed me in the right direction (Cathode lights need to plug directly into the PSU, do not plug them on the same lead with another device).
Also had to cancel an order and ****@**** corresponed with me very efficiently.
I can only recommend this company to any PC user. They have lots of general hardware, but also "geek" merchandise at good pricing and provide most excellent service.

"I purchased a Mini Maxx combo from Coolerguys when they had it on sale. I decided to upgrade to a sb51g for upgrade paths. I sent Coolerguys an email to cancel my order, and spoke with a rep on the phone. However I was too late, they were unable to get the information to shipping ( they had already sent my order out ). Speaking with a rep of CG on the phone, he instructed me to refuse the package when UPS brought it. However UPS dropped the package off when no one was at home ( not getting a signature, ) so I had this computer. Spoke with another rep who said he would send me a mail tag the next to have it returned to CG at no charge to me.

I am very satisfied with Coolerguys, and would not hesitate to reccomend them to anyone."
