"It took 3 orders (better word would be "tries" and charged to my credit card...3 times) and 2 weeks for the company to finally tell me that my frames were discontinued. This is after I purchased the frames with them online and my ophthalmologist had the glass cut based on those frames.
Talked to 3 different people in customer service over the 2 weeks who told me 3 different stories and seemed put out by the fact that I was calling.
Waste of 2 weeks of my life and I'm out of pocket for the glass that now doesn't have frames to fit into.
