"I order a pair of Cartier eyewear and paid for overnight shipping thinking that I’ll have my glasses for an event I was hosting they canceled my order so I had to reorder them so I did and paid for overnight shipping again to find out they didn’t even have them in stock I was told they have to order them from from the vendor I asked if I could’ve my shipping refunded ok no problem with that but I still don’t have my Cartier’s for my event "

You WILL NOT SEE a penny in return for any dissatisfaction or incorrect fit. Why, because the customer is a sucker and once they have your money you can only GIVE MORE to correct the issue. An recent attempt to exchange an ill-fitting pair of glasses was to PAY TO SHIP the original pair back, then PAY $60 for this, that and the other ... I am not sure which dictionary this group of thieves uses to define "exchange."

"I guess In the world of Amazon a shopper expects all companies to respond that their items are shipped and on the way within 24 hours. Or at least tell the client when they may expect the item. Telling me the product is being processed is no help to when I may expect it. Especially since I have to make an appointment with a Dr to make my glasses! Too much time to wait. The return policy is not great either. No money back but a credit with the company! I hope I like the frames. Otherwise I’m stuck!! "
