" I was happy with the cost of what I purchased. But, that was it! I recieved my order today Jan. 7. After ordering it Dec. 15. I called customer service multiple times. Call 1: I called and ask the woman for an order status after 2 weeks of not recieving my order. I the answer I got was " I am sorry, you have not recieved your order yet. I will send you an e-mail after I find out what the problem is". I never recieved an e-mail. Call 2: I called and the man that answered the phone gave the speach like they were reading it off a cue card. But, he told me he would call me rather than an e-mail because I had explained what the woman had told me the previous day. Yet to my surprise no phone call. Finally the third time I called I talked to another woman and told her about both of the previous phone calls that I had made to them with no response, and that I spent nearly an hour and a half on hold to get sent to a voicemail twice. Come to find out they were closed that day and didn't bother to turn the phone system off like they did the previous week for christmas eve. Then with her on the phone because I was not getting blown off again she said she could not understand why I had not recieved my order. But she was going to re submit it to the warehouse and that my order would ship within 48 hours. Hey what do ya know it actually did. So if you order from them don't expect to get them according to what it says on their reciept page!"

"Please be advised that the order listed below as order nr. 362308 was for a holster for a stinger ds flashlight.
The holster states (both in the catalog and on the label on the bag in which the holster was recieved) that it fits all stinger flashlights. It does not however fit the stinger ds flashlight. I gave both items as a Christmas gift to my Son yesterday 12/25/2010. It is then that it became apparent that the holster was too short. I am hesitant to send it back at this time until I am sure that I will recieve a proper replacement holster that indeed fits his new flashlight. I would appreciate a reply to this e-mail advising me how this may be resolved.

"The items that i ordered were not as they were advertised due to an omission in the description online. Upon calling the company, little to no recompense was made to correct the company's mistake. Therefore, I was without a Christmas gift for the person most important to me. I was told that my options were to wait 2-6 weeks for a potential back order to come in or to spend AN ADDITIONAL $50 to get an item that included the same problem as the first item! If the company wanted to do the right thing, they would have ATTEMPTED to do more than tell me to chose an item i didn't even want or forgo a gift despite ordering far enough in advance to avoid issues"
