"I ordered a printer from the website. I got a call from one of the reps a short time later. He said that they didn't have the printer that I wanted in stock. Then why did you have it showing as available? I don't have a problem with the rep at all, he was very helpful and very nice. He did his best to help me find another printer. But I have such a stockpile of toner, I wanted a certain one. If you don't have the merchandise available, you shouldn't show it. Or put something that will bring attention to it that it's "not available", "not in stock" etc...."
