"I paid for a printer on Nov 1. 2010 Website said ask about "Free Shipping" and my invoice said $0.00 for shipping. Heard nothing from them (no shipping confirmation) and called them after 4 days. They said "Nobody called you." I said "No." They said it would be $32.00 for shipping. They said the website says "Ask about free shipping." but this is very misleading especially when the shipping amount shows as $0.00 on your invoice. I canceled my order with and will order elsewhere. What a waste of my time."
