"Ordered a 64' Samsung Plasma. It arrived in a timely manner with a cracked screen. I refused delivery & advised Steve at Copyfaxes that I would be interested in trying again with the same model. Later got a call from "Avi" who advised the model backordered and I could try again with the next model up for a couple hundred dollars more. I ordered that model. It arrived with a cracked screen. I refused delivery and advised copyfaxes. "Avi" sounded upset and asked me pointedly why it was that out of all their customers, I'm the only one to ever get two damaged tvs in a row - Like I have something to do with it?! Advised Avi I wanted to get a refund and try someone closer to home. That was 1.5 months ago, this writing. I've had to file a claim with paypal for the over $2200 refund. Can not get Avi on the phone for an explanation for the "delay".
At best this is a company unfit to do business with. At worst this is a bunch of thieves fronting as an ethical company.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY (unless you REALLY like long odds).
If Copyfaxes does eventually refund my $2200 +, I will apologize for the last two statements, only, on this site.
Update: Never got a refund from Copyfaxes. Did get majority of purchase refunded through Paypal claim process."
"I ordered an HP5100 from them and received it promptly. However, after about 1.5 months I had a problem with the fuser (warranty was 30 days, so they had the option of not really trying to help me). I emailed and shortly thereafter Kevin called me, he talked to their techs for me and really took care of me. They ended up shipping me out a new fuser the next day! No company can go without having issues, but how does the company handle the issues? That's what really matters to me. Copyfaxes handled this issue fantastically if you ask me and I will definitely recommend them and re-order from them in the future."
"Ordered a shredder. Got an immediate call "hey, if you pay is extra bucks, we will send it, otherwise it will take four weeks!" I decided to wait.
In two weeks PayPal returned me the money. No any explanation from copyfaxes. No attempt to contact me of any kind.
I sent them an email. Got back a reply "shredder sold out and discontinued". No explanation why they asked for the extra money for delivery if it was sold out, or why they did not tell me for two weeks.

"Ordered two printers- a refurbished HP Laserjet 4100n as well as a 4050n. Received the well packed printers timely but upon opening the 4100n I noticed that a roller was detached. I contacted the company immediately and Patrick told me someone would contact me later than day. A couple of hours later, Mike Taylor called and was really super nice. I explained the situation and he sent me another printer out that I received a couple of days later- it included a return label for the other printer as well. He checked back with me to make sure the replacement printer was acceptable. It was and we are very happy with both printers. In my opinion, we received outstanding service for a great price. The company stands behind their sales and does so in a timely manner. I would definitely do business with again. "
"I ordered a smasung LEd tv with them over a month ago and still dont have the item or tracking number. I have become suspicious because after three calls and email no one has any idea where my TV is or whats happening. I have to speak with someone named steve who is apparently the only one who knows whats going on, but lo and behold, he is never in the office and doesnt return calls. i am concerned this might be some kind of scam. "I purchased online by pay pal. The receipt from copyfaxes that printed showed the amount of the item I purchased, shipping price of $0.00, and a total. It also showed my correct shipping address. Two days later, I get a call from Copyfaxes asking how I wanted to pay for the shipping. When I said the shipping was free, they said how do you want to pick up the item, its half way accross the US. I decided to cancel order. To be fair, they showed me on the website, how you could find a burried paragraph on some other page that said something about shipping, but it never said that they would call and charge more later. "
"Have not had a good experience with them so far. First I got a call stating that my order would not include tax but would include $35 for shipping. Ridiculous. I said that I would not agree since the website and my confirmation email said $0 for shipping. They told me it would take 3 weeks instead of 1 week to ship, to which I agreed.
I later checked my credit card statement online and saw that I had been charged about $22 on top of the price in my confirmation email by a different, but supposedly affiliated company. A call to them, "Zack," revealed that they charged me tax even though I was told I would not be and even though the confirmation email stated a total amount without that. Zack, if that's his name, was extremely curt and rude throughout the process. When I asked when I would get them, he replied, "After they ship." Thanks, Zack. So helpful.
In short, there are lots of hidden shipping and tax charges that don't reflect the amount listed in the confirmation email or on their website. The customer service is abominable and the two reps I've spoken to thus far are aggressive and rude. After (or I should say "if") I get my product, I will not make a return purchase.

"The called a few days after the order to say that they did not have the model I asked for and tried to add $59 to my order. I told them I would like what I purchased so they put me through to shipping who said they did have my item. Then they came up with $59 shipping and said I had misread the invoice and order details, it appears to be a common problem. I cancelled the order at this point and asked for an email confirming my cancellation. He said this was not possible and after some discussion they hung up on me. These people did not give me a good feeling."
