"DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. First, they sell defective machines. When it was defective they asked me to pay for shipping (on a 50lb printer) back to them. They tried to deny me a refund because it had been past 14 days (even though I had spent that time working with their tech's over the phone to make it work). I ended up having to file an Amazon A-Z Guarantee claim against them and won, and they stopped using Amazon Payments because of the award. Obviously Amazon's service standards are just too customer friendly for them to adhere to. I offered to ship the machine back to them if they pay for shipping after it was determined that they shipped me a defective machine, and all I got was attitude. They are so cheap that they would rather take losses on their products than have it sent back to them. Clearly they don't value their product highly as they are not even interested in paying to have their products shipped back to them (the product was $250.00 and they insisted that it was not defective, but obviously it was not even worth the cost of a shipping label to them.) DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. "

"I tried to buy a scanner from Copyfaxes.com. They had the lowest price that I could find anywhere online, so I did some research and saw that they generally had good ratings and went ahead and ordered.
Within minutes my order status updated to money received. I waited a couple of days, thinking that I would soon be getting shipping information, but I was mistaken.
After about 3 days with no additional information other than Copyfaxes.com had taken my money, I decided to email them to see what was up. I waited another 3 days and they hadn't replied and there still was not change in my order status, so I tried again. This time someone did email me back about two days later. They told me the price was an error and that if I wanted to pay about $70 more I could still get the scanner.
I was annoyed because this is a classic bait and switch routine done by dishonest businesses. Take the order and then claim it was a price error. To make matters worse here however, they had also taken my money. I probably could have sued them in small claims court and won since this would be acceptance of a contract.
Anyway, I didn't want to fight it and this still was lower than any other store for this expensive scanner, so I said, OK, I'll pay the extra. They then said it wasn't $70, it was $100 plus $49 shipping (shipping had been free before). This was NOT cheaper than other stores any longer. Now it was more expensive; quite a bit more. So I said please refund my money. They said they would, but many days later, they still hadn't. I had to get Paypal and my credit card company involved before they would give me my money back.
I will never do business with Copyfaxes again. They took my money but would not return it or give me my product at the agreed on price until I got Paypal and my credit card company involved."
