"Saw the reviews of this company on this page, some had no troubles while others had difficulties. With CostCaptain being the cheapest site for the product I needed, I gave it a risk and ordered from them. Prices are good, so is costumer service, but their database and order status is absolutely horrible.
I am literally sitting here with the package In my hands that I ordered from them and under my order status, it still says processing.
Here is my story: I ordered about a week ago, and on the confirmation page it said an email confirmation will be sent to me shortly, yet I never received one. I waited 24 hours but still no email, I noticed I was also charged for the item and my order status said processing. After 48 hours I decided to call and ask why I haven't received a confirmation email and why my order still says processing even after two business days. Customer service was friendly. She had informed me that the item I had ordered was OUT OF STOCK (which baffles me why they will still charge you if they're out of stock, let alone not inform you on their website). She didn't answer my question about my confirmation email when i asked, and I told her I wanted to cancel my order. She quickly responded saying she will check another warehouse for the item. She came back on shortly and said there was another warehouse With my item and she would ship it out tonight. I never received a tracking number nor did my order status change. I only found out about my package through MyUPS.
I don't understand why she said they were out of stock but yet she found one in another warehouse? I will not order again from CostCaptain, too much of a trouble and shady service."

Over a week later I still have not received it. So I checked the website - status: "not shipped." I emailed to inquire. They said it's not in stock, without apology or an explicit offer for a refund. So I requested a refund and they honored it.
They should let me know right away if the product isn't in stock instead of waiting and hoping that I will forget so that they can hog my money. Unethical/negligent business practice. "

"The absolute WORST customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a product on 06/03/2013 with the cost being deducted from my checking account the next day and my order status still says "En Route to Carrier" 10 days later. Every time I call the customer service number it places me in the queue but only allows me to stay there ~5 minutes before it forces me to "leave a voice mail" which is NEVER returned or responded to in any way. As my last two voice mails have stated I will NEVER do business with this company again."

"Shipping was slow, but I was okay with that because the item eventually arrive as described, however a month after ordering they will attempt to charge $29 to your credit card for a subscription service you did not sign up for and were never notified of. STAY AWAY.
Update:
They did cancel the $29 charge, however, it shouldn't have been there in the first place. You should inform customers of what they're being automatically signed up for when they order from you. Because there is no notification of this during checkout."
"I see that the most recent reviews seem to be mixed as well. Also, the rebuttals by the vendor do not seem to address all the issues. However, I decided to take the change. Place my order on 06/05/2013. It is now six days later and has not been shipped. The current Status is "Order Status: Awaiting item in picking".
I honestly have no idea what that means or how it explains a 6 day delay in shipping. There has been absolutely no communication from Cost Captain to me since they took my money. Will wait another little while before cancelling the order and buying directly from Dell. Will be happy to write a review on how that process goes as well. I am not expecting a smooth ride based on the lack of communication to date."
"I ordered a ipad case. After a week, it was marked as shipping, but no tracking number was ever sent. I contacted them and the item was not in stock (hmmm) so they offered me a similar item, which I agreed to and received it fairly quickly.
Then a month later, like another poster here, I saw a additional $29 charge on my credit card. I am letting my card company handle it."
