"Ordered two items; one got here in 7 business days, the other item still has not shipped out. Ordered on 5/22, current date is 6/9.
Edit: Contacted the customer support asking the status of my item. They apologized about a day later and said that the item was now being shipped out and would arrive in 1-2 business days. Don't expect fast shipment if you order from costcaptain. I don't believe they are trying to scam you out of anything though. It is slow shipping for a cheap price. Both the items I ordered were cheaper than competitors and they give you a $5 coupon. "
"I was charged immediately after making the purchase. After waiting a week the order still hadn't shipped. I'm now in the process of trying to cancel the order and fear I'm going to have the same issues others have claimed. I will never shop here again."

HOWEVER
I recently found a strange $29 charge on my payment card from costcaptain.com. I paid for my tablet completely so I'm not sure why I'm being charged, and, conveniently, no contact number is listed to get this resolved quickly. All they have are email forms, which I have used and gotten absolutely no response to.
If I don't hear anything within 2 days I'm reporting this as an unauthorized payment and Wells Fargo can deal with it."
"I have two problems with this vendor:
1. Credit card charged before shipping product. (VERY unusual practice for online vendors!)
2. The product was advertised as "in stock" but was apparently not.
Ordered placed 5/18. I was notified via email on 5/24 that the order was delayed. Not exactly speedy notification of not having something in stock.
When ordering as a business, the credit card issue is really problematic as the statements must be reconciled against actual product and/or shipping receipt. When it is not, it is a huge pain to cancel the order and then have to issue a payment dispute with the credit card company.

"Do NOT buy from this Company. I ordered a camera on 5/28/13. CostCaptain was paid immediately by my credit card. 3 days later I got an email message stating that due to fraud and for my protection they wanted a copy of my credit card and drivers license. Which I reluctantly sent (blocking out all but the last 4 digits of credit card #). Today is 6/4/13. 7 days after I ordered the product and it is still in the shipping que. This was to be a gift, which I will not have now. I order many items on line and I have never experienced such slow processing. Something is fishy. I will never order from CostCaptain again.
Update: You can see from CostCaptain's comment that they shipped by on 6/6/13 and gave me a UPS tracking number. I have tracked the package with this number and it says it has been delivered. Today I received an email from CostCaptain stating again that the package has shipped and now they give me a FedEx tracking Number.....Hmmmmm.....I still have no camera. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else."
