"DOCSIS 3 Cable Gateway - 5352-00-00 By Zoom Telephonics ordered and received in time for my COMCAST installation. The COMCAST tech wasn't up to speed and told me my 5352 didn't work. He installed the COMCAST modem and a separate WIFI router. The next day I called Zoom and the tech there got the needed information from me i.e. MAC address, COMCAST account. Zoom then got with COMCAST and the Zoom Gateway is up and running like a champ. CostCaptain was THE best price online or in any store. "So I ordered a cooling pad off of cost captain and emailed them to make sure they had it in stock since i read reviews about how they have a lot of items not available. Raven emailed me back in a day to my surprise and said the item would be in stock again with an ETA of 5/21/13. It didn't make any sense to me at all. Thankfully Raven agreed to give me a full refund so at least they were quick to respond to my emails.

They charged my card the moment I placed my order, but never confirmed it. After I contacted them they apologized for the delay and sent a confirmation claiming the item was back-ordered. Several weeks later I again contacted them. This time they informed me the item was no longer available and they would be keeping my money for another week prior to returning it.
