"Costco in Orange Park FL damaged my rims while installing tires on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I went inside to ask about the damage I was immediately yelled at by a technician saying they didn't do it and that I was absurd to think they caused any damage. Their insurance was even worse to deal with. Charity was difficult to get a hold of, never answered messages, and was rude every time we spoke. This is THE worst company I have ever dealt with and I will never do business with them or any of their subsidiaries again and I advise everyone else of the same. "

"The Costco in Palm Desert, CA has the rudest workers ever. One woman who is Hispanic with long black hair and a black jacket and a green shirt is mocking people's appearance and existence for no reason at near the door at around 2:36 PM. She said extremely rude things such as "Why are you born", and "Where'd you come from". She is insensitive and one of the rudest person ever. She might as well throw stuff at people while she's at it. Costco is NOT worth the membership."
"On 7/17/21 bought washer/dryer unit, delivery on 7/24/21. Delivery men removed old washer dryer unit from 2nd floor then refused to take the new washer/dryer upstairs that had the SAME dimensions. Costco logistics said new crew would come on 7/31 to take it upstairs. Did not come. Spent over a month trying to get a refund and get Costco to pick up the washer/dryer. On phone on hold forever, multiple emails and chats. Each time I was told it would be picked up and refund given. Aug 23rd now and still no pickup or refund. Bought same unit from Home Depot in the meantime and it was delivered to the 2nd floor laundry room without a problem. DON’T ever buy a Costco appliance that needs to be delivered.

"Took 2 months to get my washer/dry that was listed as a 7-10 day delivery on their website. Then when the day of the delivery finally came they contracted out the delivery to a 3rd party company without either asking or notifying me of such. I took the day off work for the item to be delivered. I'm a doctor and have a very busy schedule. The delivery company was not able to deliver the items to my address because they never reached out to me ahead of time to find the logistics of my home and driveway. Nor did they ever provide me with a number of who I could contact to reach them. They were supposed to call the day before and didn't. They showed up at my house and with no effort to make things work announced they couldn't deliver the item and that I'd have to reschedule.
Save yourself the time and don't buy appliances from Costco. Use a real appliance store like Best Buy/Lowes/Home Depot. I've never had a problem with any of them. This was my first and last time buying an appliance from Costco. They should be embarrassed."

This was our 3rd phone call to check pertaining to delayed order.
Customer agent answers my call and I shared how long I had been waiting with 2 responses:
1) Well at least you didn't wait 3 hours
and
2) Our call times are improving
Costco, you are a great organization but your brand is going downhill with this level of service. Definitely not the Costco Experience that is expected.
Costco, we are still waiting for our call back that was committed to us on status of our order which by the way has been charged to our account. "
"Costco's Appliance delivery service was absolutely horrible. They said they would be at my house between 1pm and 3pm in an email the night before. They delivered my fridge at 12pm (I wasn't there, of course. I thought it was going to be at least 1pm) and they left it in an open garage with no delivery signature. I had to hold on the phone for 90 minutes (no lie), finally talked with a CSR who was rude, who made snarky comments such as how she couldn't driver her truck personally across the country and delivery my fridge, and she just sent my call to a local logistics manager and he got a person out to me at around 5pm (entire day wasted). I even signed up to receive text messages before they were to deliver and they didn't contact me!
The delivery guys thought turning the huge fridge in a small shoe room from the garage was easier than bringing it through the front door which had a straight line to the kitchen. (Anyone could tell it clearly wasn't going to fit through the route they tried.) Before they scraped up the shoe room (trying to get in that way), I demanded that they take it out and bring it through the front door. I wasn't about to let them destroy my new home. They finally took my advice and did that, hooked it up and quickly left without anyword, left wrapping garbage all over, etc...Costco management: These guys are tarnishing the Costco reputation. You have got to look at your management and processes in that division...
This was the most worst service I've ever received in my life, and I'm usually a pretty easy person to deal with. Lol.

"I ordered a refrigerator-dishwasher combo by Memorial Day. My delivery was scheduled for June 12th. That day no one showed up and no one sent me an email to let me know why. I waited on the phone for 2 hours until finally someone told me that the appliances never got to the warehouse, even though my tracking number showed as arrived at the local warehouse. The delivery was rescheduled for last Saturday and same thing. No show! Called customer service again and they told me that they couldn’t find my appliances and I need to reorder. Then my specific appliances were out of stock and now, after almost a month, I don’t have a refrigerator or dishwasher that I still need them so bad. I am so disappointed with Costco, but now I’m reading other reviews, it looks like that this type of situation happens all the time. So my advice, don’t order from Costco any appliances ever! "
"I ordered a sofa. It was supposed to be delivered on the following Monday. I didn't receive a phone call the night before or day of delivery. During the delivery window, I get an email saying "missed delivery". After 2 hours on the phone, I find out Costco provided my phone number incorrectly to the delivery company.They called the wrong # and spoke to someone who said they didn't order a sofa. So the sofa was rescheduled for the following Monday. That morning I get a call from the driver saying parts are missing. Turns out, the entire sofa is missing. Sofa is rescheduled again for the following Monday. Monday morning comes around, no phone call. I call Costco in the am told it will be delivered that day and provided a 2 hour window. I leave work ( unpaid) to wait for the truck. It never comes. I'm told they called the wrong # again. At this point, I've wasted 4 hours on the phone and 6 hours unpaid work waiting for the sofa that never came. I cancelled my order and bought a sofa from Macy's which is better quality. The sofa was delivered 3 weeks early. I have asked to speak to a manager to share my experience. Nobody is ever available and the promise to have a manager call back is empty. I will not shop at Costco again."
"on 20th of march I went to Costco Ipswich, QLD to buy some stuffs , I Requested cashier, i want to use my two bank cards to make payment . she didn't allow me to do so. Her supervisor involved , He want to check my membership cards, Driving license , Bank cards, though they check membership card at the entry point and before starting scanning, i don't mind they checking my membership card several times. But they don't have any authority to check my bank card, Its like insulting customer. Though they charge for membership but don't show any respect to member."
