"Ordered the Cheetah costume for my 8 year old grand daughter. She was soooo excited...for a minute. I followed the size chart and this thing fit like a second skin. WAY too tight! It's super flimsy fabric. When I unzipped it, the zipper fell off in my hand. According to the return policy of the package needing to be UNOPENED, between the costume and shipping,I'm out $30 bucks. Who the hell can look at a packaged costume and know it will fit?? I'll eat the $30 bucks and be happy we didn't find out till Halloween night that it was crappy AND didn't fit."
"Worst company ever. I ordered items on 8/23 with an extra fee for a rush to deliver on 8/28. Monday afternoon they were still not shipped. I called the company and they assured me they would be shipped that day and delivered by 8/28.
On 8/27 I still had no shipping confirmation so I called. They told me they would go out that day and be overnighted and delivered 8/28.
On 8/28 still no shipping confirmation. I called again and was assured they would be shipped that day and be here by 8/29.
Now MIND you I need these for a work event - not that they seem to care. I called a second time 8/28 and they told me the label was ready and they would go out before they closed at 6pm (not that I could call and check because their customer service center closes at 4pm)
Well here we are on 8/28 at 7pm with still no shipping confirmation or tracking number.
Worst company ever and they are the same company as Costume Super Center.
I will post this review to every single site I can find to post reviews on.
I shouldn’t have to call your company 5+ times to remind you to ship my order.

This company is the BIGGEST RIP OFF company I have EVER dealt with. I placed an order online for my son's school play costume. Within no more than 5 minutes of placing the order, my son said he didn't need it anymore, the play was cancelled. I called the company immediately, (remember less than 10 minutes after placing the order), I asked to cancel and get my money back. I was informed that they couldn't cancel the order, they were already in the process of shipping it to me, HA. So I had to wait until I received the item and then return it to them, for my money to refunded. For something that couldn't be canceled because it was being shipped within 7 minutes after placing the order it should have been at my door within at least 2 days. But that was certainly not the case. I told them I expected a FULL REFUND, including the shipping cost, since they couldn't cancel the order.. I was informed that was the case. A FULL REFUND, (including shipping) was to be granted. Low and behold a month after the initial order. I received my refund, minus more than the shipping cost. Shipping was supposed to be $7.00, but remember it was supposed to be refunded, but NO they kept $8.55 of MY MONEY!!!! "

"I ordered my costume online on 10/22 for a party on 10/27 of which mine was part of a group (hence, unable to switch up my costume idea). I paid the extra $12.99 for the 2 days shipping to ensure that it would come in time, check the fit and be able to purchase any other accessories needed. On 10/24, the day my costume SHOULD have been arriving to my place, I get an email around 2pm saying that my order has been cancelled, with no other explanation. I called the company as soon as possible to find out what had ordered. The first girl I talked to was very pleasant and tried to be helpful, but her hands were tied. She explained that their website doesn’t refresh the orders as often as it should and that orders are filled first come, first serve, and the website doesn’t always correctly reflect their stock. I was offered a discount on a future order but was told that the discount wouldn’t be available for next Halloween, it would have to be used sooner. I was transferred to a supervisor in hopes of finding out what went wrong with my order and why I was finding out about the cancellation so late, considering my costume should already be in my hands. He either has never worked in customer service at all or is generally unable to communicate on an adult level. Throughout the whole conversation he kept laughing and giggling at my frustration. When I asked what they could do for me considering I would have to pay an even HIGHER fee in shipping and handling to get any new purchase before the 27th,I was hoping he would suggest other costumes that could work, or accessories, or eliminate the S&H on whatever I could find as an alternative. Instead he responded with “We are doing something for you, we are refunding your money.” To which I replied, “That’s not “doing something”, that’s just proper business practice, to refund the FULL AMOUNT PAID when the COMPANY decided to cancel my order because they didn’t have enough in stock to be able to complete the orders due to false advertising”. To my shock, he responded by saying “Well that’s a matter of opinion.”!!!!!!!!!! I also asked him why, as I was looking at their company page while we were speaking, their website now said that the same exact costume I ordered was updated to having more sizes available AND at a cheaper price than what I had ordered it as 2 DAYS AGO, if it was already out of stock.” To which he brushed it off as another listing error. He then went on to tell me that my money wouldn’t be refunded for another 7-14 days (which was a correction after he told me 7-14 WEEKS and then started laughing at his slip up). I don’t know of any company that holds your money for that long for a product that they DON’T HAVE IN STOCK. I don’t understand why he found this dilemma that their company created so funny and why he felt the need to be so combative with the customers. I am shocked and appalled at the way this company runs their business and the employees that they have working for them. I would not trust anything their website says and would highly recommend using another company. There is no guarantee that they will deliver what they say they have, or even have it in stock, and they will hold your money hostage. I don’t understand why I was not told about the item being out of stock until the day the item was already supposed to be arriving to me. If I do not get fully refunded within 14 days I will be taking further action against this company. "
"I ordered a size 4-6 costume for my daughter and when it arrived it was size S (6-8) so it was too big. I thought I had ordered the wrong size so I figured I'd save it for when she is bigger and went on the site and again ordered size 4-6. Lo and behold, a size S (6-8) arrived again. This time I had the foresight to print my "cart" before it ordered to prove it was size 4-6. I called the company and they refuse to pay for the return shipping on the wrong items! I paid $8 for each item to be shipped to me and now have to pay $8 to return them. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have 4 kids and will NEVER order from Costume Super Center again."
"I unintentionally ordered the same item twice...I contacted customer service which took 3hrs of trying different numbers...the rep told me that the item was not ordered twice...well a second pair of the same boots showed up today...tried calling customer service but to no avail couldnt get in touch with anyone...apparently I am on the hook for shipping to send the item back too...what a crock and then after all this...even if I did pay would I get my refund?...With not being able to get in touch with any reps.

"Unbelievable..... wrong size from the description on the website was sent, and because the return was requested a few days over the 10 day policy, they would not accept even an exchange. The costume inself (Harry Potter robe) was terrible quality. Both people in customer service were completely unsympathetic; BUYERS BEWARE!!!!"
"I ordered a costume and during the checkout process the site lets you pick the day that you want it to be delivered. So I picked the day which was next to a price that I would have to pay and then completed the order. Late the next day I get an email from them about shipping confirmation. I tracked the order and it now says that I will not get it until the next day because they could not ship it the way that I had requested. Apparently, it was noted on my account in their system but never communicated to me. I called them and they said that there was little that I could do unless I wanted to cancel the order. I did not feel that the rep on the phone cared at all that their error really made things bad for me. I will never order anything from them again and I hope you all never do either. "
"For the past 5 years I have bought all costumes from Costume Supercenter. Every year I take my kids to the local Halloween shop and they pick out what they want. Then I go online and buy everything for a discounted price. They always have everything my kids pick and more and you can't beat the prices, I've tried. I've never had a problem getting my order correctly, so I wouldn't know about customer service issues. But I'm pleased I've never had to find out!"
"The absolute WORST customer service I have EVER encountered. I ordered 2 items on December 31, 2016. It is now January 13, 2017. Four phone calls later I have no items but I was charged for them. NO ONE has called me back although the call center people told me 4 times that I would be getting a call. I got an email cancelling one of the items yesterday. The other is out of stock on the website, but was in stock when I ordered it. I will NEVER buy anything from them again. "
"I decided to buy my costumes for the first time last year online from costumes SuperCenter.unlike the other consumers I was extremely pleased with my costume. It fit great the costume was well made ,it didn't look at all cheap for the price . I figured by the end of the night it would fall apart . I was wrong .. I had it dry cleaned and I can wear it again in the future. I was so pleased I already purchased my costume for this year. Once again I was not disappointed when I received it, Iam a satisfied customer!!"

Now having read all the reviews on here I was more than a little worried but I was up against the wall.
I took the chance and was very pleased. I placed the order on the 12th of December and was quoted delivery on the 14th, I was more than happy when I checked my mail on the 13th and it was there. A day early!!
I read the review about being charged in USD but if you read the fine print it makes mention of this so it shouldnt come as a surprise.

"I wish I saw these reviews because now I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I ordered a 50s costume in September. I got a costume fast, but not what I ordered. I received a $30 cheaper costume. I immediately called customer service who told me that it was their error and I could keep my costume and get a refund as that's their policy. I was impressed until I didn't get my refund. I called in October and no one knew what I was talking about. I then spoke with a supervisor who said my refund would be expedited. Nothing happened. I called the other day again and they had no idea what I was talking about. I got my credit card company involved because I am so upset. They are scammers plain and simple. I will tell everyone not to order from this fraudulent website. They are pathetic and I hope my credit card company helps me get my refund I was promised for 3 months now.
