"the speakers did line up, although the wire connections were 180º the factory connections, factory was on bottom of speaker memphis was on top, factory was a red wire and black/red wire vs memphis which was black wire and red wire, also factory had a small and large plug and memphis had 2 large so one had to be crimped smaller so it would fit tight and not fall off, they sound good so far, also they are advertised as they can get wet they are for outdoor use in all weather yet the warranty paperwork in the manual says warranty void if the speakers get wet. you also recommend them for use in a boat yet it says the warranty is void if it gets wet. lets hope for the money they last longer than the stock speakers
