"Read the other recent reviews about long waits, no communication, and non-fullfillment of order. To help CrispDeals find their way, I've also contacted the Attorney General of their state and filed a complaint. My order was placed on 4/17/11, with their web site stating that you must order by 6:00 pm to have your order shipped by Monday 4/18/11, before the Passover Holiday. I placed my order before 4:30 pm their time. After a 10 day wait, no delivery and no notification of any kind as to the status of my order, I called customer service, and spoke with Tony, who wasn't exactly rude, but he wasn't helpfull either. First he tells me they were closed for 10 days. I remind him of the web site statement with time and date requirement met, he then says that they had problems with the UPS orders in the system. I ask what he can do for me, he supposedly talked to a Supervisor, then comes back and says he's very sorry, they are now OUT OF STOCK on the speakers I ordered. So no speakers, a 10 day wait with no notification of any kind, and then a complete run-around. They did refund my money through Paypal right away, but what a way to treat your customers. It's your money, your time and effort, so you decide, but for me, no amount of discount is worth this."

"I have placed an order with CrispDeals before and was very satisfied. However my recent purchase was never shipped. I called customer service three times already and was assured that my order had been shipped. Yet when I went to view my order status on the website it kept saying "Processing". The customer service representative stated that he would email me the tracking number on 4/6/11. I waited till 4/7/11 and hadn't received the email so i called again and the same representative answered the phone and was very rude to me and stated that "You need to learn to be more patient. I said it would be emailed to you within the next few days. It takes some time for the update to pass through our systems". At this point I became very frustrated with the company because I paid $40 dollars for shipping and still hadn't received a shipment notification or my order and had called customer service three times, with the representative being extremely rude to me. I had to open a PayPal Dispute and escalate it to a claim because I was sick of calling customer support and because CrispDeals never responded to the PayPal Dispute email. I will not be buying from CrispDeals ever again and advise others to be VERY careful when buying from them. Their prices are great but not worth waiting a few weeks to receive your order especially if the shipping cost $40. "

"They had the same item listed with 2 different prices. The lower price beat Amazon's price. I called them and they told me that the lower price was from a different warehouse and was out of stock. The higher price was available. I told them I didn't think that was fare and I could buy the same item for less from Amazon with free shipping.
They met and actually beat Amazon's price by a few cents and shipped the next day. Since it was shipping UPS ground from NJ to Mass it got to me in 2 days.

"The package arrived a little later than estimated. The seller said it would arrive by FedEx shipping but it came by USPS. It might be that FedEx transfers shipping to USPS up here since it is a long way from their more common delivery area. Maybe this company could consider shipping USPS on small items like this so it would arrive faster!"
