We have tried numerous times to reason with you , give you different options to assist you, and you still kept on insulting/threatening. The system sometimes glitches YES, IT HAPPENS, especially when you click multiple times on PROCEED NOW button and will unfortunately double the transaction. Proof: both charges were made 30 secs on interval..We have taken the appropriate measurements with the employee you spoke to because things did escalate, but in no way sir we would charge the credit card intentionally.
